After waiting almost 2 months for my package it did not only arrive late, but broken. So after all this frustration it got even worst when they told me that they wont give me my money back and that if i wanted to send it back i NEEDED TO PAY THE MAIL FEES. It is a company of scammers that fake most of the reviews online and just send items to influencers to clean a bit their image. So now im left with a horrible product that is damaged, 50 euros less and alot of frustration. PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY.

I ordered on 12/4/2020. The items I ordered (75$) worth, hadn't been processed even by 12/25/2020 so. I tried to get a refund because the items were meant to be gifts. Ingot a general response that I'd be charged 30 percent due to the items being processed, although they were not processed. Now my items "shipped" but that was weeks ago and it shows that they are still being shipped.

Do not buy from this company the jewelry is cheap and turns colour after wearing it no more than 3 times. I bought it for my mum as a birthday present engraved. She has had it less than 6 months and its useless now. Waste of money! Don't waste your money or time on this company. Finally received my order January 7th! The nice wood box it was in was damaged, I'm still in the process of putting the puzzle together but one piece that fit together with another piece wasn't complete so there was small hole in the puzzle. The pieces are nice and the quality is good just kinda sloppy.

I ordered a Christmas gift on November 23rd and on their site it says they would ship out between 10-15 business days, so I thought it would get here in time cause shipping is fairly quick. I have been checking everyday for the past two weeks and it still says they are "waiting shipment" I emailed because that is the only way to get ahold of anyone and they keep saying be patient and my item is custom and its a popular time of year, etc. They won't refund me and they won't ship out my product. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! I am on hold now with my bank trying to get my money back. -R
The delivery time promised is a joke! I ordered my product on December 8th 2020. After submitting the order I realized I entered the wrong zip code. I emailed the company and received a reply the following day assuring me the error had been corrected. I was told that the custom product took 5-8 days to process and the USPS would take approximately 8 days to ship. That was fine because I needed it by Christmas. Fast forward to January 8th and I still don't have it. Why? Because they never corrected the zip code as they promised. I had to end up driving 45 minutes to the post office who had the package due to the incorrect zip code. I don't understand why that wasn't changed when I got an email saying it had been. The product I received (custom guitar picks) was really good and I wish I could give them a good review but I cannot based on the lies they told when saying they corrected the zip code and the ridiculous amount of time it took to get to me.

I was looking for a website that sold personalized products for a decent price and I found a review online that recommended Soufeel and I had a look at the website and it had soo many amazing products. I was really skeptical because I read more reviews and some were good and some were really bad. I realized it would be a huge risk but the products were so amazing it was definitely worth it. I filled my cart with so many items and I was eligible for free fast shipping which was great because I needed everything in time for Christmas. I was nervous to purchase so I contacted customer support and let them know about my worries. Rosa was very helpful and she upgraded my shipping to DHL expedited so I was very happy about that. She helped me along the whole way with my order. The items didn't ship out on time but they still came before Christmas. Near the end there I was worried because only one thing shipped out and I thought they completely didn't do the other items so I contacted customer support and I did not get a reply right away, so I was freaking out. But eventually I got a message back and they told me the items were not completed yet so after a few more days they were ready and shipped out. Over all, I am super satisfied with the items except for one (beanie hat). But everything else was incredible and they were totally worth the wait. The recipients loved their gifts and I will definitely be ordering from Soufeel again and recommending it to everyone. Personalized gifts are definitely the best. Huge hit this year for Christmas, Soufeel, get ready for my enormous Valentine's Day order!

Placed my order was sent a confirmation and a tracking number only to track my order and be told it has shipped then I track it again and it hasn't shipped so upset ordered early enough and still didn't get my stuff in time for Christmas and COVID-19 is the reason they gave me in the email bottom line to many reasons why my order is saying shipped and it still hasn't officially shipped what a waste of money I'll never order from here again!

I ordered a photo wallet on December 9th through this company. The website guaranteed 5-8 days and would arrive before Christmas. Currently it hasn't even reached USPS according to the tracking number. Not only did this company provide false advertising, the customer service was completely unhelpful... asking me to just understand because it is the busy season. I would have never ordered from this company had I known the product would take a month to get! They have not offered me a refund, or a chance to expedite my item!

I ordered early December with the premise it takes 4-5 days to craft and another 5 days to ship. 17 business days later (I'm not counting the weekends)-- no Christmas gifts. I'm very disappointed. I'm sympathetic to these crazy times, but be honest with your customer. This isn't a USPS issue- the item hasn't even shipped yet. Just be honest.
