Total scam, they say they are out of New York and my credit card was changed from Hong Kong. When I emailed asking where my order was, 12 days later they said it will still be 4-5 business days my order hasn't been processed. That was the lead time when I ordered. Fine, emailed back that I want to cancel and FULL refund. Can't get anyone to cancel or email me back now. Have to stop payment with bank and report to BBB. Again, DO NOT USE this company!

Wow. Would be nice if they sent out a proof to approve before charging that kind of money and not stand behind their product.

I ordered very special, personalized gifts for 2 of my best friends for Christmas. SOUFEEL says they have shipped but the tracking number they gave me is NOT FOUND in their own tracking system! When I clicked to place an order, I was notified that I will get a phone call "soon". I waited for a while, and the next day I placed another order. This time they called me right away. Horrible service I would not get anything else. The company put the wrong address on purpose so it can get lost even though on my profile it has the correct address.
