As other reviewers, I have been told that shipping issues are because of COVID, that if I want a refund, I have to pay a ‘restocking fee' and as compensation I can have my shipping fee refunded. No thank you!
Moral of the story is to just check reviews on any company you are buying from before any purchase! Also, I purchased through PayPal, so will get a full refund. Hope PayPal close them down for good, after all the poor reviews.

I wanted to buy a picture puzzle for my wife for Mother's Day. I stumbled across Soufeel or the name Photo Blanket. I placed my order with them and Immediately contacted them to find out how long it was going to take. The response took two days and after reading the message, I realized that they were not the company I thought they were. I quickly tried to cancel the order but they refused. I guess I should have done more research because I found Shutterfly soon after. I ordered the same product from Shutterfly and they told me that the photo I submitted (the same photo I submitted to Soufeel) was not high enough quality. I sent Shutterfly another photo and the puzzle came within a month and was beautiful. It took Soufeel over THREE MONTHS to ship me my puzzle and it's not great. DO NOT BUY from Soufeel, BUY FROM SHUTTERFLY! Truly, it's my fault because I should have done more research but lesson learned.

Placed an order for Mother's Day and after opening a dispute with Paypal, finally received on July 2nd. When we received the order the products were very low quality and not worth the money spent or the hassle. The customer service is very poor and the company only makes excuses and does not attempt to resolve. Avoid this seller and go with other vendors such as Personalized Creations.

I had 2 orders with this company the 1st order arrived way late but I understood because COVID-19 did play a big part in that so that wasn't my problem and Cherry was a very good representative and did what she could. However my 2nd order I placed and immediately noticed after I paid that my apt number was kissing so I sent an email and Tracy wrote me back and told me she had corrected the address, now keep in mind when she told me this my order was not even 48hrs old, so I said thank you. My order was out for delivery then the USPS said they couldn't deliver it because there was an insufficient address (SO CLEARLY TRACY DID NOT DO WHAT SHE SAID SHE DID) then when I wrote customer service again TRACY had the audacity to tell me that it would be returned because of the address and to check with my local post office for the same address that she told me she updated WELL BEFORE IT WAS SHIPPED. If you can afford it do another site the stress isn't worth it this is BS happy freaking fathers day to the dad that didn't get his gift because Tracy was to lazy to verify and do her dang job.

I ordered from the site what I thought was a diamond painting, I then realised straight after paying that I had ordered a oil painting I emailed the same day to ask for my order to be amended and waited days for a reply. I was told to pay the extra for the item which I did that day. It is now 12 days since my order and it still says processing!

Terrible Terrible Terrible My 15 year old daughter bought a puzzle for me for mothers day on May 5,2020. Her card was charged immediately, but the item was never shipped. After several unsuccessful attempts to contact their customer service department, we have only received some generic emails that we should just keep waiting for the item and eventually we should get it. This company ripped off a 15 year old during a pandemic! Dont ever order from them!

DO NOT BUY! Appalling product with very poor quality. No level of customer service when you make contact with most communication ignored. No offer of replacement and when a refund is requested they don't respond. Items come out of China and delivery time frames are far beyond what they state even with express shipping paid for. Don't fall victim to their products and multiple business names ie photosocks.com and various other websites they operate. Will never buy from them again. Do your research and know what business names soufeel operate under as there are many. Once they take your payment it's a lost cause and not worth the headache. Shop elsewhere!

They do not listen to their customer at all. The cast blame on their sub par products on the clientele and act as if we will just accept such poor customer service. I ordered a wallet for my wife on mother's day that was meant to have a photo of our child on it. What I received looked terrible and nothing like our son. The customer service rep kept telling me, that she appreciated "my understanding" of the situation but she NEVER had it. She wrote me off completely. NEVER order from this company.

I don't normally leave negative reviews but this company deserves it. I ordered April 30th expecting a package on or near Mother's Day. Paid for expedited shipping which is 5-8 business days in addition to the 3-5 days of processing. On May 7th they told me my package had been shipped after weeks of waiting, reaching out to their support email(with NO response), calling their number (with NO response) I refuted the charge on my card on May 30 and accepted the fact I was never getting the package. Then on JUNE 11 the package arrived at my door way past their promise date and in a mediocre condition and they had the audacity to ask me to reverse the refute on JUNE 18 although it happened over 2 weeks ago. Terrible company DO NOT order anything here.

Ordered the "customize your own" photo gift for father's day and literally got the item delivered except every photo was completely pixelated and I had to put it together myself with no instructions and one piece of frayed string.
