Bought a Mother's Day gift back in April with Expedited shipping with a promise to arrive for Mother's Day it is now June 15 and JUST arrived today. Comes in a small bag of just a photo that is significantly creased and folded because it was rolled up and stuck in a small bag. Not anything like what I ordered and I would say do not buy guys it ruined my wife's mood to see this was the gift she got. I ordered a puzzle for mothers day. It took 40 days to be delivered, when I was quoted 5-7 business days. Once I finally did receive the product I was more than disappointed with it. The picture is not even on the box, the picture is just printed on cheap paper and the box has dents every where, which I suppose happens when you get it shipped from across the world. The coloring is horrible! Everyone on the page looks like an oompa loompa. I would be mortified to give this cheap thing as a gift. I have been asking for a refund for weeks and I have gotten nothing.

My card company declined the purchase and I have the money in my account. I went online to search reviews on the website and all I see are negative reviews! Can anyone direct me to another website that can add pictures on accessories such as AirPods. It was weird when my card company states they block certain transactions that look suspicious and the reviews are most on scams. Word of mouth can make or break a company. Get it together Soufeel it is a really image and reputation to have these high number reviews. If u wanna make it as a company I suggest you work on customer service and no company can survive without it. It's so many things you need work on. Hire me I will turn that company around in no time!

I ordered a necklace from this company and two months later i have not received my item, they refuse to give me a refund and they continue to delete comments on their socials that cal them out on the scam that they are. Do NOT order from them. Only contact i have had with customer service has been condescending, rude, and unprofessional. I have never negatively reviewed a product before because i like to give these companies the benefit of the doubt, but i got tired of not only me getting screwed over but COUNTLESS others i have seen having the same issues as me.

It's been a month and a half since the order was placed. Over a month since the order supposedly shipped and the last tracking update which shows it hasn't left China. They said it's because of the corona virus that it is delayed and that was fine for a while, but I have ordered items from China after this order and have received them. I believe it is just a convenient excuse at this point. I asked at what point they will consider it lost and issue a refund. Customer service stopped responding.

I placed an order a week before mothers day. At first Cherry was consistent with getting back to me. After the second time of being told that it didn't pass inspection, and 3 weeks from my order being placed, I was told I would get a 10% refund and she would speed up my order. Mind you, I paid 30$. 10% of that is 3$. I then checked the tracking and it said shipping 5/24. Day rolls around and still hasn't shipped. I contact Cherry, she said it yet again has not passed inspection. After requesting a refund several times, I have yet to hear a response. I am out of my money, and out of a gift that was a memorial gift for a lost family member. Heartbroken and disappointed. Do not recommend one bit..
