I ordered two photo charms, when they came one was very dark i could not make the picture out, i wrote a email to customer service, this was answered by bonnie, she was very helpfull i explained what had happened( it was acually my fault i had sent a dark photo without realising), i was offered 40% off the price which i recieved was told i could keep the charm, i ordered another charm with a different photo, arrived yesterday and could not be happier with it, delivery may be a little slow but worth the wait

I ordered a photo necklace for a friend who has lost his mother. I also paid for the expedited shipping. It's been a week and my item has not shipped, I got an email saying that it would be delayed until Jan 19th until more are in stock. I am furious! What do you mean? In the email they asked if I wanted a refund if the necklace. NO! I want what I ordered, or a refund of everything I spent on the product and shipping! I ordered a personalized necklace for my mom back on Dec. 13 w/ a guaranteed delivery date by Christmas eve I have called, left messages, sent emails, and the only thing they can say is that it's a busy time of year. You knew that when you lied to and scammed 100's of people out of their money! The last email I got from them which was 5 days ago stated my order would be shipped on the 27th here it is almost the new year and I still haven't received a shipping confirmation email. When you check the tracking on the website it still says processing. If I could give this piece of crap company a ZERO star rating I would! Take MY advice do NOT order from here! RUN! I wish I had visited this site before I ordered anything from Soufeel, I would never deal with them again. On the 2nd December I ordered an engraved silver bangle for my granddaughter's birth which is in February so delivery wasn't a problem although it arrive well before Xmas. I had asked for 7 words to be engraved but it arrived with the last one missing. I emailed them immediately but they say there is nothing they can do as I didn't
Include the last word on my order. The words were "she believed she could, so she did". Obviously it makes no sense with the "did" missing so the only option I have is to try and get it engraved locally. When I ordered the bangle I checked the words I had asked for 2 or three times, to make sure and I know I didn't make a mistake, but on the order confirmation which was emailed there was no mention of them. This did worry me slightly but the reviews (on their web site) were good so I wasn't too concerned. Please, if ordering from this company, do a print screen after entering the words you have asked to be engraved and then you will at least have proof of what you have asked for.

Ordered on December 15th paid extra to have it by Christmas. It's the 27th, they have taken my money, my order is still processing, and I can't reach them to get any answers. Message says they will respond within 24 hours but still nothing. I've left multiple messages over the past several days.

I placed an order on 12/11 since it states personalized gifts take longer. This was supposed to be a thoughtful personalized Christmas gift for my sons grandmother who lost her son and aunt who lost her brother. I also ordered a necklace for my son to give to his girlfriend. Well here we are now 12/27 and no gift. I received no email letting me know anything about my order. I went online to track my order and it still states in progress since 12/11. I sent out an email to see what is going on with my order. Got a bogus its a busy time of the year because of the holiday email back. No order received but the money already was taken out of my bank. I will be going to my financial institution to get my money back and i will order my items from a more reputable site. I should have read these reviews before ordering from here. I am not a happy customer and will never order from here again.

Can't comment on the product because I haven't received it. BUT do not order this for any specific time frame I ordered something a month in advance which it said would be here in 5-7 business days. Still haven't received it... it is now dec 27th... what a great Xmas gift

I order a wallet for my husband for Christmas. I paid extra for fast shipping. They guarantee on time delivery for Christmas. Here we are almost new year and have not received nothing! Order says "processing." I called them, no answer. I emailed them, their excuses was "it's a busy time" I emailed them back and have not received a response. I called them and left a message they said they'll contact me in 24hrs. Have not received a call. I am very angry. I paid extra for nothing. I ordered myself, my daughter, and my best friend matching personlized bamboo watches for christmas 2018 and it has not arrived. I ordered it on the 15th of December and the status stayed on processing until Christmas Eve. My family just opened up gifts and my daughter did not have her watch to open. I'm December 23rd 2018 I wrote a review on this company titled avoid. Since then I have had multiple contact with someone named Tracy from the company. After many back-and-forth emails Tracy informed me that they would send me a refund for the cost of my item and don't bother sending back the item as it was a customized watch and they had no use for it.
I'm happy to say that my refund was deposited into my bank yesterday January 5th 2019.
It appears let this company does have a soul after all and then in regards to ordering from them be very explicit on what it is you want and what it is they're giving you.

I ordered a "Carrie" style custom name necklace 10 days ago. After not receiving my order for about 6 days, I emailed the company my information and asked how I could track my order (because it wasn't letting me at the time). They simply replied by saying I had placed no order with them. But I have a bank statement claiming they took 27 dollars out of my account for that order. Not only that, they won't do anything to try and help or give me a refund. Ridiculous.

Christmas order is overdue, should have been received Dec 17th at the latest. Tried to contact customer service and they are closed until Sunday Dec 23rd. Well... that helps the consumer 4 days before Christmas.
Company should be reported to the better business bureau in your area. And since they are also sold through Amazon, emails should be sent to them about a company they represent!
Also, pretty sure Amazon who prides themselves on great customer service, will not want to be associated with such a poor company.

Am so so disappointed with customer service or lack of. I ordered a photo necklace on 10th December for my wife's Christmas present. This had a lot of sentimental value as the image was of her daughter who sadly passed. I only ordered as it stated that I would receive before Christmas and processing was 3 - 5 working days. My order is still showing as processing so know it will be a miracle if I get it. I have sent many emails and chat messages but have received no answers.
This is heart breaking as I knew that this gift would have meant so much to my wife.
I will not be using this company again and will return item and get a refund if it ever actually turns up or in fact this is a credible company and not some scam.

I filed a claim with PayPal. I'm glad I used PayPal for this purchase. I ordered on December 8. Still nothing after 2 emails. I have ordered photo socks before and I assumed rhisbwas the same site but it isn't. I think they stole the legit sites pictures as their own and they do not even sell them. Probably a Chinese company. Do not buy from them. I am assuming the positive reviews are fake.
