I ordered a photo necklace for a friend who has lost his mother. I also paid for the expedited shipping. It's been a week and my item has not shipped, I got an email saying that it would be delayed until Jan 19th until more are in stock. I am furious! What do you mean? In the email they asked if I wanted a refund if the necklace. NO! I want what I ordered, or a refund of everything I spent on the product and shipping! I will search for reviews next time before I use any other company. This is a shame Soufeel
