I ordered an item Dec 2 for a Christmas gift for my wife. It's Jan 3 and I still have not received my purchased item and getting a real person on the phone is impossible. This is the first review I have ever posted. I am that upset and disgusted with this company. I will never use this company again and from all the other reviews I have read about soufeel I am confused how they are still in business. I cannot say enough about how much soufeel is the worst and I am trying to keep it civil. I implore everyone not to purchase any items from soufeel as they are the worst and I mean the worst company.

I placed my order Dec 2nd of 2019. It was suppose to be a Christmas gift for my boyfriend. Sadly to say today is now the 28th of Dec almost into the new year and haven't received any update on where my package is at. I try to leave messages on Facebook and email them but no one replies. I hate how I paid for the product and get nothing in return. I look on "track my package" but nothing has been updated since the 11th... Just sad how people can treat other human beings like this. I would never recommend anybody to buy from this company. Id rather let me know that my package is running late then not even receiving it. JUST SAD!

I'll make this simple. Ordered moon light Dec 3rd... no response accept credit card charge. Dec 12th email that says they will now expedite. I am in Maryland. December 16th item shipped to California shipping center. I email and get no responses to get item by XMAS. Dec 24th item shipped to New Jersey. Today is 12/27 and it states still in New Jersey. December 3rd order still not here and no responses to my emails. Absolutely horrible. Will not use this site again

On December 4th I ordered some personalized socks from MyFaceSocks.com. They appear on their website to be operating out of London, but the charge on my bank account said Soufeel Hong Kong! I became nervous I would not receive my order in time for Christmas since I reside in the United States and sent them an email (note: there is no customer service #). Since then, all I have received back are vague emails saying the items will be shipped once they are done. I even demanded their CEO's name and contact details and they completely ignored my request. Needless to say no items have shipped and I'm sure they never will. I filed a claim with my bank and am now researching how to put this SHAM of a website out of business.

This company is a complete scam and a bunch of liars! Do not buy from them. I bought an item from them a month ago and the tracking information says it is still in China (I live in the U.S.). I asked if I could cancel the order and they said it has already been in process of shipping so they cannot cancel it. I will wait another 2 weeks and if I still don't get an update about the 60 dollar product I got from this company, I will get my money back from Paypal. This is absolutely ridiculous and no one should have to wait this long for a 60 dollar item they bought to arrive to them! Who knows if they even plan on sending it in the first place considering all the other bad reviews! This place needs to be shut down immediately!

I bought a photo wallet from them, but never got a order number or confirmation email. I got charged twice for my order and they said I can't get a refund because I don't have an order number! Again, THEY NEVER GAVE ME AN ORDER NUMBER OR CONFIRMATION EMAIL! So I am out $60 with nothing to show for it! How can you run a business like this!?! So upset!

I'm starting to question the reliability and realness of this site. I placed an order November 23rd and a second order November 29th. November 29th I get an update saying that the first order is in New Jersey. The second order was suppose to ship December 12th. December 9th I get an email saying one item in the second order wasn't available until the 12th. My first order still hadn't moved and I emailed them asking about BOTH orders. The cs agent only answered about the first order and said that it just shipped that day, I checked the tracking and it said it shipped December 10th. This happened on December 9th. When I checked usps it still said what it had for 10 days. Both of these orders were suppose to be delivered by Christmas.

If I could give no stars, I would. If you're lucky and your customized with photo order comes out nice, congrats. MINE CAME OUT AWFUL. They want me to pay for shipping ANS give me 15% of my money back. Ends up being around $6 which doesn't even cover the cost of shipping I paid for The engraving they gave me looks terrible and I would be embarrassed to give it as my anniversary gift. It was shocking because my sister bought two wallets for our father and her boyfriend that came out nice, however mine makes me look like a Lilo and Stitch character. When I emailed them these exact 3 photos(1&2 being the one i sent/received. 3 is one my sister previously purchased), they told me it looked good and I got what I paid for. What a joke. I ordered a custom gift from Soufeel Jewelry back in November. Never heard about it again. I emailed them to let them know I had a few different emails but I can't find a confirm email in any of them and I needed help locating my order. They couldn't find my order right away and then I sent them the paypal transaction. No response. Did a paypal dispute. Wow, got a response and a tracking number right away. But it doesn't have a time estimate. He told me we can send it as long as I cancel the paypal dispute. No way, buddy! I just told them to cancel it.The CS agent was trying to be nice about it, but I have a bad feeling like I would not get it in time. I didn't like that I had to go through paypal to get a faster response.

This necklace is a piece of junk. It looks like it came from a candy machine. The pieces do not match together or open/close easily. The writing inside is barely legible. It is very cheaply made. This company is so difficult to work with, don't even think about customer service. I had to mail it back at my expense and it has taken weeks for them to refund part of my purchase. They will not refund the shipping, which was completely over-inflated. I have given them multiple opportunities to resolve.
