I'm starting to question the reliability and realness of this site. I placed an order November 23rd and a second order November 29th. November 29th I get an update saying that the first order is in New Jersey. The second order was suppose to ship December 12th. December 9th I get an email saying one item in the second order wasn't available until the 12th. My first order still hadn't moved and I emailed them asking about BOTH orders. The cs agent only answered about the first order and said that it just shipped that day, I checked the tracking and it said it shipped December 10th. This happened on December 9th. When I checked usps it still said what it had for 10 days. Both of these orders were suppose to be delivered by Christmas.
