I tried to order an item before Valentines day, admittedly late, but the website stated guaranteed delivery by at least the day after, but expected before.
When trying to order, it twice told me the order had failed. I therefore decided to go with Annalise Jewellery. They were more expensive, but the item came within two days and was brilliant.
However, i then discovered my account had been charged for the Item with Soufeel. I tried to contact them 3 times without getting any response to cancel the order, explaining it was down to a failure of their website. I got no response. I eventually gave up assuming i'd been scammed.
I got an email over a month later saying the item had now been sent, again i replied to this email and finally got a response. The most they claimed they could do was refund postage. Two days later i received an email saying the item had been delivered. It hasn't. I still haven't received the item, and they won't refund me. Stay well clear.
I ordered a zippo lighter for my husbands Birthday 2 months before so it would get here in time. Here it is over 8 weeks later and I still have not got it and his Birthday has passed. They offered to give me 20% back but still charged me shipping and everything. Sent me an email almost 3 weeks ago saying it was shipped and would be here within 8 days. Still haven't got it. Horrible customer service. Will never order from them again.

I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone... the communication is non existent, full of excuses and cant tell you how it will take... if you want it for a special occasion or a certain time frame avoid at all costs.
Double check the size of the heart necklace as the print (engraved) is so small I need a magnifying glass to see it. My fault for not checking the size it explains why it's taken so long! The product is from China not the UK even though it says UK.
Don't waste your money, if you ask for a refund why your waiting they will only give you 30% back... I think it's a scam company overall.

The wallet was cute however the picture Turned out horrid. I was informed that it would take 3 to 5 days to handcraft the Wallet yet it actually took 9 to 11 business days. Then on top of that I was told 5 to 8 business day and part of the 3-5 for handcrafting days was for it to be quality inspected prepared and packaged, but clearly by looking at the Wallet it was not quality inspected.

I ordered this product on January 30th thinking it would get here in time for Valentine's. Then I recieved a email that no product being shipped out until February 17th. Fine ok well here it is the 18th and it says my product is still being processed almost 3 weeks later! But then says should have shipped on February 11th so shouldn't it be done already and just be waiting to be shipped on the 17th like the email says! This is the worst online company I've ever ordered from. I ordered some dog socks on Dec 14 because their site said they would arrive by Christmas. They didn't. I contacted them on Dec 30 and they said they had no record of my order. I filed a complaint with PayPal that day and what do you know, Soufeel suddenly "found" my order the next day. I told them to just cancel it multiple times but they ignored me and shipped it on Jan 7th. They arrived and were terrible quality. Cheapest crappiest socks I've ever seen, and the image of our dog was cropped weird. I asked for a refund to which they replied they only refund for defective merchandise and wanted me to send them a photo, which I did. And what a surprise - they said the socks looked perfect and denied my refund. The customer who is holding the item and putting it on their own feet gets ZERO say in the quality of what they bought. Stay away from this scam company! They will rip you off and then essentially taunt you by denying any request for help or a refund. Worst company ever! They shouldn't be allowed to operate in the United States!

After waiting 7 weeks and finally receiving our order, intended as a Christmas gift but it is now 1/29/2020, we finally received a plastic 8" ball of plastic ball that looks cheap and nothing like the photos on Soufeel's website. I would like to first point out that the photo of our dog appears the size of a thumbprint on the huge 8" plastic globe and the photo itself is eched sideways, vertical instead of horizontal. The message etched on the plastic is jagged, instead of having smooth lines. Soufeel's listing online is very deceitful. It says nothing about being made of cheap plastic under the details, nor do they show a picture of what the globe looks like unlit. Lastly, the stock photos on their website show beautiful images etched large taking up most of the globe. Not a tiny thumbprint photo. This personalized item should have never passed quality control. The first three photos are what we received, verses the last photo, which is what they advertised.

I wanted to share my experience with this website and that everyone decides. I have placed an order on black friday and it arrived on January 5, and when it arrives it is not personalized. So I decided to write to Soufeel and his answer is that I have sent them a photo in black, when in the personalization of the web the photo was perfectly seen. And they DO NOT do anything, they just say that I have sent them a photo in black (when it is false) and that they will not do anything. Now everyone can decide if they want to be scammed

This is in fact a fraudulent company. Ordered a $60 product on December 16th and it still hasn't arrived. Good luck finding a way to actually contact them, as it doesn't exist. Pretty disappointing since I should have had this before Christmas, but still nothing here. It's pretty shameful that people can take advantage of others like this.
