I ordered this product on January 30th thinking it would get here in time for Valentine's. Then I recieved a email that no product being shipped out until February 17th. Fine ok well here it is the 18th and it says my product is still being processed almost 3 weeks later! But then says should have shipped on February 11th so shouldn't it be done already and just be waiting to be shipped on the 17th like the email says! I've tried to contact them all I get is the same email saying they weren't shipping anything from January 30th til February 17th. Yes I already know that. Why can't I talk to a human.
