I'm telling you, DO NOT purchase from this company. I'm out close to $300. I tried my hardest to support small black companies but they have not lived up to the standard. I'm done. Communication is horrible and it should not be a hassle to support and receive the item. Im still waiting on my refund.

Terrible company with non existing customer services and shady practices. I ordered two dresses and the website description stated they were cotton well when I received my order $#*!s were nasty polyester. Contacted the merchant multiple times and never received a response. Don't support

I ordered my birthday dress from them a few weeks ago never received any shipping information no one has contacted me back via email or dms on Instagram this is extremely unprofessional and I feel I've been scammed. My money was taken and I got no communication whatsoever i recommend not doing business with this company

Do not shop on this site. You will not receive you items or communications. She stated the item was sold out online and that I could purchase it personally from the store. She then states her PayPal is full of orders and I may purchase it through Applepay. I sent the money, then she request to send another payment with shipping attached. I never received my reimbursement from the first payment she stated her bank had an error. And need my account log in information I told her no and never was reimbursed for any of the money I sent. Out of $400. Don't shop!

I'm currently having a horrible experience with this business. I placed an order for a coat and dress on September 21st that I never received. I emailed the company on October 29th stating when I placed the order and that I never received them, including pictures of the confirmation and order number. They responded, stating they forgot to email me that they sold out the dress I wanted. I'm confused why they are listing items that aren't available. They sent a different dress, and when I received it, it wasn't as expected, cheaply made, and too big. I still was waiting for the coat, and after bringing it up again, they sent it, and I could not receive it because they requested I pay the shipping fee of $61.25. They told me to pay, and they will reimburse me, but I didn't do that because it shouldn't have happened anyway, plus the business hasn't shown to be trustworthy. They stopped responding to my emails about the coat and dress after they requested I send a picture of me in the dress, which is odd. I sent the picture reluctantly but still have not received the refund I asked for repeatedly. I filed a complaint with my bank and PayPal. PayPal says they are waiting for a response from them. It seems that this is a constant issue, and they are scamming customers. I want my money back because the dress was for my birthday and now I am out of money and a dress.

I ordered my clothing for a vacation on July 30th to go on a trip August 14th. Didn't get my merchandise but they taken the money out of my account

Get weekly emails about sales and new arrivals. One email advertised sale on everything and to use the promo code. Well promo code did not work. I email owner and she replied sale was over. Email about sale was dated same day I attempted to use promo code. Will not shop at this store.
Another reviewer same thing happen. Store didn't honor sale as email stated...

If you don't like your order, you have to HURRY and get it back to the company at your expense. You have only seven (7) days (from delivery) to get it back to them. AND they will NOT give you your money back! They force you to use a Store Credit, IF THEY TAKE IT BACK AT ALL. This is an unacceptable Policy for an "on-line" store, who does not take the same initiative in getting the item to you in a timely manner. I'LL PASS ON SONYABEE'S!

Refused to issue store credit as per policy for item that was poor quality and did not match web description. Ignored emails. Wish i had read reviews. Instagram page with similar name lists many who have had same experience or worst.

I ORDERED AN OUT FIT FOR A TRIP I HAD PLANNED OVER A WEEK IN ADVANCE. I ORDERED ON WEDNESDAY, MY ORDER WAS DELIVERED ON SATURDAY, HOWEVER I DID NOT OPEN UNTIL MONDAY. ONCE I OPENED THE PACKAGE IT WAS COMPLETELY THE WRONG OUTFIT. I CONTACTED THE SELLER AND SHE TOLD ME I HAD TO SHIP IT BACK AT MY EXPENSE AND WOULD ONLY BE GIVEN A STORE GIFT CARD. FOR WHATEVER REASON THE STORE DIDNT SEE ANY REASON TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR MISTAKE. NEEDLESS TO SAY I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. I DIDNT WANT THE GIFT CARD, AND WILL DISPUTE THE CHARGES WITH MY BANK. THE INTEGRITY OF A COMPANY IS SHOWN THROUGH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO INTEGRITY HERE.

Really love this affordable site. However, the material is sometimes sketchy. The pictures are sometimes inaccurate in displaying the material as being sheer. I'd stick with the lined rompers, skirts and dresses. You can always wear something underneath a sheer dress. However, its difficult to hide sheer leggings. Again, I dont feel you can beat this site for bargains. You just have to make careful choices.
