I like solvaderm range of products. They do what they claim to do. I like them very much. They are good, especially stemuderm.

I purchased Solvaderm Eyevage and it may work for some, but didn't for me. Be sure to keep the original box if you try it because you will need it for a return.

I've been ordering this product for years. I ordered 25(!) days ago. Finally got it today. Called the company 5 times. Very hard to get ahold of a real person. They sent it first to Hawaii and then to New Hamshire. I am in Oregon! What a screw up. No one apologized, no one offered a discount! Great product, terrible customer service.

I used this product for 30 days as directed. There's absolutely no change at all on my face. I feel like I just wasted my money for an expensive product that didn't work.

They take your money instantly ($122.00 in my case for eye cream), but the product has not left the warehouse after 5 days.
They say we'll receive the product within 3-5 days.
I am SO tired of these companies who take my hard-earned money instantly, then take their own sweet time about shipping it.
They shouldn't be charging you until the item has shipped!
They verbally blame it on:
1. Covid;
2. Supply Chain;
3. Truckers;
4. USPS; etc.
They DO say on the website that "due to Covid, shipping, etc., the item may be delayed" - BUT - YOU GET THAT MESSAGE AFTER THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY.
AND THEY STILL SAY "3-5 DAYS" ON THEIR WEBSITE.
THEY NEED TO UPDATE THAT.
When you call and ask for a Supervisor (3 times I've called) - a Supervisor is NOT AVAILABLE, they'll have one call back - who never does.
Enough with these companies.
Time to make them honor their promises.

Just a Consumer who is Fed Up with these companies taking my money instantly and then taking their own sweet time about getting you the item when you only have a limited amount of time to return the item FROM THE ORDER DATE.

When you can't reach a company and when there is a problem it does not matter how good the product is... if you can't pump it out of the container. I TRIED CALLING THE COMPANY. The phone number they give *******468 does not get answered and I am really tired of the shoddy customer service. I am sure you have my phone # you can call me now or I'll put it in the hands of American Express and be done with you. The pump does not work and there is no way to open container

I just received my order and it had a free sample missing. It was a big deal for me, because I was trying to figure out, if that product would work for me or not to see, if I should buy it in the next order. They do not contact you and just send your order with half items. After I contacted their customers service, their answer was: we ran out because of covid-19, thank you for understanding. I do not understand, maybe I would, if you guys would contact me before you mail my package, so I can make a decision to keep my order or to cancel. Bad customer service and misrepresentation of what you get.
