I wanted to share an update regarding the customer service at SolutionReach. After two changes in my case manager and a switch with my technician, I can now say that SolutionReach has improved their service tremendously. I have a case manager who regularly follows up with me and a technician who responds and fixes my issues within 24-48 business hours. Both are knowledgeable about the product and I don't feel as though I have to repeat the issue from the beginning every time I speak to them.
Not sure what prompted so many changes in staffing, but I am happy with the two women assigned to my account. They have been very helpful and extremely on-top of any questions or concerns I send their way. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is because I had to go through an extremely frustrating process to finally be assigned staff members who are putting their clients needs first. Would recommend using their services, but beware that customer service could vary from case manager to case manager.

This company has one of the worst customer service teams I have ever used with a third-party vendor. The sales team assured me that I would be assigned a representative to address any customer service issues I had for the duration of my contract. After the 90 day trial period, I was handed off to a tech that rarely responded to emails, picked up my phone calls, or had any useful knowledge about the software system. When I wanted to go live with the SR Schedule feature, it took 10+ hours of the tech trying to figure out why the sync wasn't going through from our PM for the schedules to upload on SolutionReach. Because she was remoted into the my computer, I was unable to do any work while they attempted to resolve the issue. In the middle of one of those remote sessions, the tech stepped away for over an hour to handle a "personal emergency" and did not notify me that she was leaving her desk so that I could use my computer! When she finally came back she messaged me through the remote and apologized for stepping away for so long. Finally, she decided to escalate the issue to a programmer and he was able to resolve it within a few hours. The entire process was frustrating, exhausting, and time-consuming. The feature to this day still does not work properly despite multiple forms of contact to the customer service team and meeting with their customer service assessment team to leave my feedback. In fact, the assessment team was more interested in bouncing off ideas they had about the SR product with me rather than fixing the issues that I was experiencing.
I am currently trying to get an additional location added to my contract for the appointment reminders to go out to our patients. It has been two weeks since I made the request and nothing has been accomplished. The tech emailed me twice asking to set up a time to connect so that she could complete the sync, to which I promptly responded with dates and times for when I would be available for the remote.
Aside to the customer service, the sales team does not accurately reflect how their product works and you have to invest a lot of personal effort and time to use SolutionReach for anything other than appointment reminders. Personally, I have had issues with SR syncing with our PM system, the SR schedule not working for some of my office locations, appointment reminders not going out on time, and SR not pulling correct information to send out recalls/collection information. Instead of releasing so many product lines, I wish they would focus on one or two and actually make them work. This company is a headache to deal with and I would recommend that you continue searching for other products on the market.
We were having a major problem with online appointments, Shannon was tremendously helpful and very prompt to correct our issue. We are very satisfied with their service!

I have now used Solutionreach at 2 different practices and absolutely love it! It's an easy way to send out reminders/recalls and stay in touch with our patients! They have such a wide range of pre-generated Newsletters to chose from for almost any occasion! Their customer service is outstanding and have never not been able to help me! I would recommend Solutionreach to everyone!

This is the worst company. The customer service is horrendous and there system is completely broken. They stick you in a contract and renew it automatically, leaving you stuck for years! DO NOT SIGN CONTRACT

The only customer service you can expect once they install the software, is their "chat" services. They are clearly understaffed. We started with their product a month ago and have yet to use it completely because it is not pulling from the correct database. NO ONE will call me back to fix it and the and the skill level of their chat personal is too limited to solve a data base problem. I have spent HOURS on chat to no avail.
I am sure it is a good product if they can actually pull the correct data. But paying for a service that it utilized to 50% has been very costly. I very unhappy with this service..

We never got a hard copy or email of the contract until I got upset and demanded a copy. Customer service is very poor, they put you on hold for more than on hour at a tie. Also beware contract are AUTOMATICALLY renewed without previous notification.
System updating is no accurate according to the off schedule/cancellations/changes. It is only updated to their *******@24 hours. Too pricey for what they offer. Other companies like LocalMed are more reasonable for the better price, no hidden fees

Finally got to talk to a customer service agent after 2 hours of waiting. He didn't cancel my service because they automaticaly renewed my service for 12 months without any notification. Save yourself some time and money and hire someone in your office to do their job and more...

The only time you will receive good service, response back and a smiley face is when you get their rep trying to sell you the service. Be aware they will lock you down to a 24 month contract and will pretend you pay for it, even if their software have glitches and you have to stop using it. Somehow they got a manager to sign for what she thought was an free-trial agreement and want me to be responsible for it! They will not let you out!

Solutionreach is great for confirming our patients and helping maintain a healthy recare system. I love the conversations program as it allows me to text patients in real time.

Our office started using Solution Reach in 2013 after using two other products that were advertised to do what SR does. One did not last the trial period and the next we did sign up with; however, we were able to get out of our contract due to the fact they were unable to deliver on all of the promised services. Since we have been with SR it has made a HUGE impact on the efficiency and time management in our office, not to mention cut costs for us when it comes to purchasing post cards, stamps, and employee time to process each recall or notification needed.

I completed a 2 year contract agreement with them and was unhappy with my services and they won't let me out. They automatically renew your contract without any notification of when your contract is up and if you want to cancel it, their customer service isn't accessible! Do NOT sign a contract with them!
Its hard to remember a time before our office was using Solution Reach, and I honestly I do not want to remember it! Solution Reach makes my job more enjoyable and easier... it works seamlessly with our office software (dentrix) and customer service is always top notch. Highly recommended

Solution Reach has been fantastic and hands free reminder software for us since implementation. Speaking of implementation, this was one of the easiest implementations I've went through in IT (Using NextGen EMR). I would highly recommend this company.

Answer: Jenni, Solutionreach does not share our customer data or our customer's patients' data. It would be illegal for us to do anything with patient information. We have many levels of secutiry and ecryption to protect patient data in addition to our company policies that ensure we are in compliance with the law.
