I ordered a pillow from them over a month ago and still have not received it. I emailed them to inquire and I get a response stating that they just created a mailing slip today for it. A month later? Really? They didn't waste any time taking my money! I am very skeptical on whether or not I will even receive the order as there is no update on the tracking. Avoid this company! Their delivery times and service are poor to say the least! I will not be buying from them again! Just tried to call their 800 number. It's been disconnected! Obviously this company is a scam.

I ordered my merchandise back in the beginning of December! I received a notice saying my package was delivered! I had no package! I checked with DHL they stated they never received a package for me; told me to check with USPS. I contacted them they stated the same thing. I then emailed STATE of BEING NOW, the next day I received a notice saying my order was getting prepared to be shipped. I explained I paid extra to get my packages before Christmas. Never heard back from SOB. I have emailed them everyday since!

I ordered 3 scarf sweaters as Christmas presents and paid via PayPal, the parcel took quite a few weeks to come directly from China. Meanwhile they have been sending me at least one email advertisement a day!

When they arrived the items were so small that to wrap them like they show in the pictures you would have to be eight years of age! They say they are 'crocheted' but are really just a cheap machine knit.
I emailed them as their website boasts 100% guarantee - and I was asking to return the items for a full refund. I sent them pictures and measurements.
They replied offering me 20% discount and pointed out that they have a 'no return' policy - I am dumb because I did not check their website thoroughly but I did check for positive reviews - and there were loads of them.
I declined their offer and then they offered me 50% or a larger scarf sweater (who knew there were large ones?) - I refused and will go through the Pay Pal dispute mechanism.

I tried leaving a review on their website but guess what? There are no places to write a review and of course all they display are positive reviews.

I will never order from them again and will try to find places to put an honest review.

I have been trying to reach someone at this company via email for quite a while about a defective sweater scarf that I received. It was poor quality, worth about $10 if that. I paid about $30 and it was irregularly sewn and totally unlike the pics. I sent 3 emails. No response. I called and the "number has been disconnected" (definitely suspect), yet they are still selling products on the website". The website says you can contact us by:

We respond to most emails within 24 hours! If you don't get a response from us, please check your spam bin! Nothing was in my Spam folder but I do keep getting offers from them in my email. Its been 10 days + and no company response. What business does that? The website says:

All of the above website rhetoric is untrue. The address of this business is a private residence in Orlando. The owners name is John with no last name or contact info. The Facebook reviews are equally horrific as those here. SOB feels to be in the business of taking people's money and providing misinformation about quality and service. There is no service or quality from what I have experienced. I suggest that everyone that has been ripped off go after them in a class action suit.
