I ordered Christmas cards and received someone else's order. Snapfish sent me a return label and asked me to package them up and return them in order to protect the other customer's privacy. What do I get in return? They are resending me my cards which i will not get until too late to get out for Christmas. No rush no discount nothing. I was told that they are unable to rush them so I have to wait the week to get them. Never again.
I am very disappointed in this website. It shouldn't take almost 16 days to get cards I ordered on the 5th. And I recorded more on the 13th with 2 day shipping now you tell me 5 days to process. I paid $9.99 for 2 day shipping. I believe I should get a refund on shipping. I have used Shutterfly all other years and never once did I have a problem or did it take this long to do a order and get it. My mother recommend you. I will not be back sorry to say. I am so disappointed in snapfish.

The address on the envelopes was for a different person in a different state. I did manage to chat online with a customer service person and they agreed to resend the correct envelopes, but they did not include city, state or zip code. So crappy! I should have had them send blank envelopes! Im baffled that they could send the envelopes to the correct address but cant put the correct address on the actual ones I ordered!
After giving this company 3 chances, i am never going to order anything from them again. Multiple false claims: it takes well over 2 weeks to receive an order (i'm still waiting for mine which was supposed to arrive within 6 business days); the customer service online chat is a hoax (you get disconnected once you reach the top of the queue, and this happens repeatedly), the 1-800 number is hidden in the US page but of course, you're on hold for over 1 hour. They then tell you there is nothing they can do about the delay and apologize for the inconvenience caused. DO NOT USE THIS SITE.
Snapfish was never a great website but it was useful. The new website is a mess. It took me 15 minutes to order three prints. It used to take three minutes. When I finally got the three photos into the cart, it wouldn't take my credit card info. I am going to find an alternative. AWFUL. AWFUL. AWFUL.
This is the WORST online photo company - DO NOT USE! I wish I had read the reviews before using this company.
They lost the order, the CHAT is rubbish and logs out if the agent is inactive trying to locate your order, and the phone call also gets disconnect. I had to try 5 times before being told they were having delivery issues. No message was sent out either to inform me and neither was I allowed to make any amends to my order within I hour of placing it online,
I will this is a scam to take your money and suck you in.
Oh my goodness! Snapfish claimed they would refund me the full price of the cruddy Christmas cards... I just checked my credit card statements and they NEVER REFUNDED ME! Uggh! Now I must face more irritation and try to get my money back. Stay away from this company!
Very bad quality product, I order first photo's and was very bad quality and I tried the photo-book and very disappointed.
My printer at home print better than snapfish printer.

Ordered double prints. Received quadruple and sextuplet prints and missing 25 % percent of other prints. Can't call. You have to chat. Disconnected me twice. It was my first order. Used the promo code to order double prints. Took over 2 weeks to get them. They wanted to offer me store credit for the missing pics and redo my order for the missing ones. Doesn't include the free double prints from the promo code. Tried to be fair and said just send me 3 8x10's free shipping of my choice. They said no. You can receive the credit before free prints and reorder. The pics weren't that great quality in the first place. It was like a 1 hour photo hut that takes 2 weeks. This has to be a home based business on the side.
They have lost all my photos and have nothing but excuses. Just got off the line with "June" customer service and actually told her to quit reading the script and talk to me about how to or who to speak with to locate my lost photos. When emailing I said "My photos have been removed and I can not find them" they responded with -ready for this- from your email we cannot understand what your problem is. HELLO YOU HAVE LOST MY PHOTOS. From all the other reviews it may be time to begin a class action suit. This company is uncaring and cold. They made me give them at least one star to post this. They really owe me a star. BAD BAD BAD
PLEASE, PLEASE listen to all the bad reviews about Snapfish! I wish I had read this site before I ordered prints. The photos were cut off when in previous orders of 100s of pictures in years past there were no issues with cropping, and the colors had amber hues to them and were often processed out of focus. We chatted with customer service that we weren't satisfied and their response was:
Thank you for your patience. I apologize that the order was delivered to you in that state. Regarding the cut of content, unfortunately, an error occurred when making the order the content is very close to the borderline. To avoid this, you will be required to move the content a bit further from the borderline to allow space for cropping. The good news is I can issue product credits for a replacement for the product you've ordered. Please ensure you adjust the existing content accordingly so they are further away from the border. Regarding the photo quality, please ensure you upload the photos in full resolution. The option is in your account under add photos when you click on upload preferences.
I do not want credits! I wanted my money back which they didn't offer.
I highly recommend you do not order from Snapfish. Their quality has greatly decreased and their customer service is a waste of time!
I spent nearly £400 on 4 photoalbums. The quality of the images is really bad, pages not glued etc and when I called Snapfish they initially apologised and offered to re-print them. However after two weeks of silence I called them again and they started saying different things (the type of album I chose was no longer available etc) and even when I accepted different albums/formats etc they refused to re-print or refund me. I waisted so much time - hours and hours over months to speak to different people - they even wanted me to updated my computer's software, cookies etc (which did not resolve the issue as the problem was on their end) and they did not refund me despite admitting that the images were blurred and overall quality really below acceptance. I would not recomend Snapfish to anyone!
I ordered 4 photobooks and they arrived with unglued/detached pages and out of focus images. When I called they immediately agreed to re-print all photoalbums but they never contacted me back to finilise the process. When I called them back their did not have phone lines anymore and everything had to be via email or live chats. After hours and hours of chats with many different people over weeks and months (exhausting!) they said that they were not able to re-print the albums (in any type of finish) and also unable to refund! I waisted nearly £400 plus time to make the albums and speak to them. The worse experience!
I ordered muttiple photo books. I worked hours on my family's memories. I had years worth of photos on this site. 16 years worth! They canceled my photo book orders 3 times, each time saying I needed to fix certain photos because they were "corrupted" I would fix them by re uploading them and doing hte books over. Each time they continued to cancel it. There was no I'm sorry, There was BE PATIENT, and redo your whole book. They ARE THE WORST! After 16 years I am done.
We have had nothing but problems with this company. We ordered two photo blankets from them and after ordering, the site said we would not get the blankets by Dec 24th. We cancelled the order due to what a live chat person told us. They told us to reorder with the 2-day shipping (which was outragious!) and we did. Then the order status was showing it to be shipped on Dec 24th. WTF? I did the live chat again (their phones were down?) and the person told me that i should have ordered overnight shipping and it was too late to cancel my order and i would get it the week after Christmas. What happened to customer service? As far as their products go... i don't know cause i can't even get past the shipping.
I spent the whole weekend building a photobook for my wife as a gift. Even though the website says it was autosaving - and I saved manually a few times - the book was gone! All my manual layout and edited text is gone! Support was no help at all. Nareesh gave me instructions that made no sense. While trying to figure it out, he ended the session and I lost all the information with it. Then, I complained about it on the feedback screen and I got error when I tried to submit it. What happened to Snapfish!? It was a great site! Now, I need to look for an alternative.
I have used Snapfish for years, but now I am not sure I can continued. They cannot provide me with my own photos. I cannot upload to FB or anywhere else. I have lost my copies so now what? The service was supposed to save them for me so I can have and use them when needed and that's now possible? I am considering BBB and Attorney General intervention!
Snapfish is terrible.
Took forever to get my order into their website (not user friendly) and then when I got my order the heads were cut off majority of my pictures.
When I contacted them they asked for examples but there is no option to attach pictures to the chat session so they said then there wasn't anything they could do.

TERRIBLE SITE
I placed an in store pickup. The site kept posting, the pictures were ready to get picked up. After waisting my time & gas, I get to the store all for the pictures not there yet & the site to post an update, the pictures will be ready the next day. This was reoccurring for 4 days! Thankfully, I didn't pay for them.
I usually use Vistaprint for calendars that I send out and give out at pre-christmas family gathering. But thought I would use snapfish thus year. Calendars were supposed to be delivered by Dec 9th. I received notices every day that they would be here by 9 o'clock. Never were. I called snapfish, they said they would escalate but never heard from them. I had to buy calendars from amazon to bring to family get together because still did not have by 16th. I never had problems with Vistaprint. Will not use Snapfish again.
Snapfish has zero integrity. When live chatting (bc they don't answer their customer service number) with a Snapfish employee, they told me that I could combine two promos on the photo book order I was about to create. I asked him to verify it bc it did not seem correct. He came back a few minutes later and said that both promos could be used. When I was finished with the project, one promo did not work. I then live chatted with three more employees over a span of three days. Finally the last customer service rep agreed that shipping should not be charged and that should would email me how it will be rectified. A few hours later I got an email from upper management letting me know that they were taking full responsibility but nothing could be done. How absolutely absurd is that! If nothing can be done, they are taking no responsibility. I will be going elsewhere even if it ends up costing more. I have been ordering from Snapfish for seven years and if this is how they treat long term customers, I refuse to do business with them.
Answer: I hate snapfish after my Christmas card debacle so I can't help... I'm thinking SHUTTERFLY?
