I placed an order for holiday cards on 12/10 and paid extra for 2-day shipping to receive them by 12/13. My order did not arrive until 12/23. During that time, I tried the live chat and sat in front of the computer, waiting for my turn in line on the live chat, only to have it canceled once it was my turn. I sent several e-mails to the company (since there is NO PHONE NUMBER) and receive NO response! I am very unsatisfied with their service (or lack of) and will never use this site again. If they do not refund my money, I will report it to BBB.
If I could rate zero I would. The photos produced are so inaccurate that they do not fit the frames bought to fit the same size photo. They cut people off the end of the photos (which was not shown in the edit as it was uploaded) and the customer service is absolutely shocking. Very very very disappointed with this company. And no one was willing to help resolve it, offer a replacement or provide a refund. The photos, from my wedding, unfortunately have had to go straight in the bin as they are very poorly made, unprofessional and the wrong size. I would NEVER RECOMMEND and certainly will NEVER use again. I have had to cut my losses due to the incompetence of the customer service agents and take my business elsewhere. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. You will be very disappointed!
I was denied the advertised promotion and the company does not provide a good phone number that you can call for support. This company is not what it used to be.
I was a loyal customer with Snapfish for years, however, now I am looking for alternatives for printing photos. Here are the reasons:
Snapfish deleted its Classic Site which had worked beautifully without giving us any choice or ways of saving our work.
The edited photos (spent hours working on and are my repeating orders) in various albums in Classic Site were not transferred to the New Site.
All the editing options from Classic Site, such as special borders and effects, etc, no longer exist
Even basic editing option such as crop are not accessible
The New Site is very hard to navigate
The Mobile Site is simply horrible to use.
I ordered four 11 x 14 canvas prints. They charge 59.99 for each. They charged 64.00 for shipping. They sent one of the four canvas prints, just one and then sent an email stating that my entire order was complete. So, they charged me $240 for one canvas print and $64 for UPS ground. I went to their website, finally found Chat (the only way you can communicate with them) and the first person said I should check with my neighbors because they probably swiped the others. NO THEY DIDN'T. Then the agent ended the chat while I was still typing. I started a second chat session and got a different agent. He said I would have to wait two weeks before I could get any other information. I waited two weeks. Started another chat. This person said he would have to forward my query to a higher level of help but he didn't know how long that might take. All I want is all four of my canvas prints or a refund for the three they never bothered to produce and ship to me. Never will I ever use Snapfish again. Don't do it, you'll be sorry.
I requested two copies of a 5x7 photo of my mom. I received 2 3x4 copies. The photo I sent to be copied was a 5x7. When I asked for them to correct it they sent me back exactly the same thing. I won't do business with them again

After having two support issues within 10 days, I DO NOT RECOMMEND SNAPFISH.
They continue to provide offerings that are drastically reduced percentages of original price, which is an indication that their original prices are high. Their web site adds certain discounts but not the one you want, so it doesn't get accepted. Also, when changing the number of items ordered, there is a glitch that doesn't always correctly update. This is horrible web site; I have designed many, and this one is sub-standard.
There are other similar photo-based offerings that I have previously had success, so based on poor customer service, even after escalating without getting appropriate response, I cannot continue with Snapfish.
Snapfish will not admit incorrect product sent and will nit refund money. I left phone number for them to call me, however no onw would. Rip-off
I wanted to make photo Christmas cards. Under the card I wanted it said 'as low as $1 each'. I clicked on it and proceeded to upload my photos and finish. When I went to check out with 40 cards...so $40 I expected...the price was over $200+. I went back and after you click on the card, it states that each card is $6. There is NO option for $1. Its against the law to have deceptive advertising! Ill make my photos elsewhere and let everyone know they will be scammed by this company. This is what the main page said:

Totally disgusting customer service, cant even get tracking right. Waiting for my refund. They cannot find the order i placed and waiting for response.
I ordered eight 8.5x11 calendars with twelve photos foe each month, order ID: **************. Every photo has at least two horizontal lines. My photos did not have these lines. They do not provide phone number or other options to file a complaint. My $100 went down into the trash bin. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE. YOU WILL REGRET IT.
For prints up to 5 x 7, you may save money with snapfish, but anything larger has a good chance of being of poor quality with dull color, very cheap paper, and lousy packaging.
They lost more than 5000 of my photo collection. Unreliable place. When contacted ref this, they didn't take any responsibility. "Corrupted images" was their answer.
Photos came out blurry, dark, lack of colour and with peoples faces cut off it. Utterly appalled by this, this was a christmas present and now its ruined. Please avoid, customer service are unless
Used be good - made a lot of nice books with them. Those days are gone. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. Just purchased 8 12x12 books with 50 pages and all printed horribly with squashed photos and colored lines through images. They said submit order again, I did, those too all printed horribly. GARBAGE. No costumer service help - just bogus online chats and no proper refunds - just credits for more useless printing. What a waste of time and materials. SHOP ELSEWHERE!
I was online for 5 hours (watching my phone) waiting for CHAT. When I finally got service, she asked for my email (which I had to fill in earlier to get to Chat). There was no send button for the reply so ended up back at the start again
There has to be an easier way than CHAT.
I am so sad that they have changed their editing program. With the classic site, I could crop and do other editing, but now - nothing. I will be switching services after years of being a loyal user.
I really like Snapfish for photo prints and products. It is easy to use and the quality is great. Prices can be a bit high, but that's my only complaint.
I used Snapfish for the first time this last week, needed the book before Xmas, but I was way behind. I got it to Snapfish late Friday Dec. 18, and they had it back to me by the 22nd in a wonderful book that I was sure would not turn out well. The did a WONDERFUL job with excellant service and I would highly recommend them to anyone. I will be using them in the future for more projects.
Ordered a large blanket, received an 8 inch by 8 inch print. All links on the website no longer work, phone number doesn't work, live chat doesn't work, and email gets bounced back. Charged over amount on my 'receipt' (over 120$) and indicated order was delivered.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS FAKE COMPANY
