I was online for 5 hours (watching my phone) waiting for CHAT. When I finally got service, she asked for my email (which I had to fill in earlier to get to Chat). There was no send button for the reply so ended up back at the start again
There has to be an easier way than CHAT.
The photos I ordered never came. Customer service a nightmare. The credit goes to your account. I explained I would never use Snapfish again and I wanted the credit to my card. Not company policy. Amazon from now on. Fast, beautiful pictures and 1/4 the price.
I'm surprised by the other reviews I've read here. Maybe they've improved their customer service greatly in the past year. I had an order not arrive, and they reordered it for me and shipped it for free. Product was perfect; just like I designed. No problems with the chat function on the website. If you haven't tried Snapfish for a while, consider trying it again.
I have ordered my Christmas cards from Snapfish in the past, but their product quality and service has gone down substantially. They sent custom envelopes that were too big for my cards. It looks like they changed over to cheap standard #10 envelopes rather than stationary quality in the 4 x 8 size. I contacted customer service and after 2 tries they said they would resend the envelopes - only to send the same ones.
I contacted them to request my money back, and they said they would refund the cost of the envelopes, but not the cards since the cards were okay. Have you ever heard anything so ridiculous? What good are the cards without the envelopes?
I reordered my cards from a different source and am still fighting with Snapfish to get my money back despite their claim of "satifaction guaranteed."
The most frustrating experience with a company and their customer service. I will NEVER use them again. They made a mistake and blame me for approving a final project that I did not approve. There is no way to talk to a representative other than chat. Their "evidence" that I approved the product is a generic screen shot that does not have my order, order number, name, or any identifiers. They will only issue a credit to my account for reorder and there is no way to get it in time for what I need. I am so disappointed that they will not make this right. I will go back to using Walgreens same day services. The price, product, and customer service are better.
I ordered Christmas cards from Snapfish.com on 11/27/23. They still have not arrived as of 12/12/23. The order tracking details on their website has been stuck on "Shipped" for the past week-and-a-half and has not moved. The estimated delivery date originally reflected 12/8/23, but that has slowly changed and now it says 12/23/23. I'm not able to speak to a customer service rep, and their chat feature just either takes me to an FAQ or it sends me right back to the order tracking details. Had I known that I would not receive my Christmas cards before Christmas, I would not have ordered them from Snapfish.
We ordered 2023 Xmas cards a few weeks ago. The shipment arrived on time however the quality of the pictures were unacceptable because they were very dark. I contacted Snapfish the next day because the online queue was 100+ and disconnecting me that evening. They agreed that the cards were poor quality and agreed to ship us new ones that arrived today. The quality issue is now that they have white streaks across 22 of our 60 cards. I've been trying to contact Snapfish however the only way to do so is the online chat. I'm unable to advance less than 78 in the queue placement before it times out and I have to start again. AVOID THIS SERVICE, THEY DO NOT CARE OR PROVIDE A QUALITY SERVICE. We received Xmas cards from they last year and they were great so I did not research they reviews. I now see that they do not have a very good rating and I now know why. I'm not attaching photos because of privacy. Thanks.
Ordered Christmas cards and return envelopes. Received return envelops with someone elses address. The only way to contact them is via Chat. This takes at least a half hour to get someone while you wait in a que. Then another half hour or more to get answers back. The correct address was supposed to be fixed and re-sent out to me in a few days. Did not receive. Cancelled my order and requested refund. Unacceptable and unprofessional. Use someone else and save yourself a headache.
I can't express enough how disappointed and frustrated I am with Snapfish and their abysmal service. I placed an order a whopping 21 days ago, and to this day, I have yet to receive any indication that they care about fulfilling it.
The lack of communication is mind-boggling. I've reached out to their customer service multiple times, and each attempt has been met with nothing but generic responses and empty promises. It's as if they have a script to follow without any actual intention of resolving issues.
The most infuriating part is the total absence of accountability. No one at Snapfish seems to take ownership of the problem. My order is apparently stuck in some black hole with no updates or estimated delivery time. This level of incompetence is unacceptable.
The website boasts about their commitment to customer satisfaction, but my experience paints a different picture. I've spent my hard-earned money on a product that seems to be lost in limbo, and Snapfish couldn't care less.
To add insult to injury, the quality of their customer service is shockingly poor. It's evident that they lack both the knowledge and the authority to address customer concerns effectively. It's disheartening to think that a company of this scale could be so negligent in fulfilling its promises.
In conclusion, my experience with Snapfish has been a nightmare. A simple order has turned into a three-week ordeal of frustration, disappointment, and wasted time. I would strongly advise anyone considering Snapfish for their photo printing needs to think twice and explore alternatives that actually prioritize customer satisfaction. Save yourself the headache and avoid Snapfish at all costs.
I ordered a personalized photo blanket as a Christmas gift for someone I chose the woven material blanket - based on the website description, it was supposed to be very soft. It was the most expensive blanket option. It was almost $100. It arrived and it was awful. It felt like canvas. It was not soft at all. The quality of the pictures was very good but the blanket was nothing you would want to curl up under. It almost seemed like a very thin carpet. It was stiff like that. I attempted to contact Snapfish to complain. The only option was a live chat. I was number 150 in the que. After waiting an hour, it finally my turn Shortly after I got started, I was "disconnected" I got back on and was again number 150 in the que. I waited another hour only to have the same thing happen. I honestly feel Snapfish was disconnecting us. I found an email from them the next day asking is the matter was resolved. I said it had not been resolved. And after going over the whole thing again, and sending them pictures of the blanket etc they have stopped responding. Clearly they are not going to replace the blanket with another material for me.
In the meantime, I had ordered a second blanket at the same time in a Sherpa material. That just arrived today and it is thin and cheap feeling and not at all soft and comfy. I will not even bother to complain. Obviously they don't care.
I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND SNAPFISH. The quality of the material they use is garbage and their customer service is atrocious.
I am ordering new blankets through Shutterfly and spending more money for quick shipping. What a horrible experience. They wouldn't let me post the review with no stars so I had to put one. They don't even deserve that much
I was excited I ordered my cards early this year (11/19/23) however when they arrived my pictures were blurry and pixilated and the design was printed off center. I contacted customer service via online chat and was told I did not upload my pictures in full resolution. They stated they were uploaded in standard resolution which caused the pictures to be a poor quality. Why is this even an option that customers have to make sure their pictures are downloaded in full resolution not standard... because people want their order to arrive blurry?! Makes no sense. I was given an account credit (they would not credit me for shipping charges) to reorder my cards so I reloaded my pictures and made sure I selected "full resolution" when uploaded as my pictures are of high professional quality. Needless to say I had to pay for expedited shipping charges once again. When the new order arrived I was very disappointed to find someone else's cards. I once again contacted customer service and was told there was nothing they could do as sometimes orders get lost in the warehouse so they have no way and finding out who received my order. They could only replace the order for me but could not expedite the order nor give me a credit for paying expediting shipping charges twice. Well I finally received order #3 and am completely beyond pissed. The quality of my pictures is no better than my original order and now have an added bonus of lines going through my pictures. At this point it is too late to reorder and frankly am exhausted. I will never use snap fish again nor will I recommend them to anyone. I used them two years ago and never had any of these issues so clearly their quality control has gone down the drain!
I ordered a personalised jigsaw. It stated it would come in a box with the image on the box. What I received was a box that you would get a pizza or fish and chips in with a bit of paper glued on the front. It looks horrendous and I would be embarrassed to give someone this as a gift. Tried to complain but customer service has ignored me.
I ordered my Christmas cards. My order arrived with someone else's return address on it. This is day two of being in their chat/support area. Each agent asked for more information and if you leave the chat room you start all over.
I even woke up at 6am to get a good time-that agent was supposed to send me an email...that was four agents ago.
I will never use Snapfish again.I am a returning customer so longer!
Plus, they were way more expensive than the ones my friends and family have used.
Shameful customer service. You cut corners, you cut your future business!
Ordered personalized cards in Nov 2023. They were never delivered. Contacted customer service and the agent offered to reorder. Second order never arrived. Contacted customer service and offered again to reorder. Because my schedule has me traveling it's too late for me to get and mail cards so I requested a full refund. Per customer service agent they're only offering me a reorder for which I do not want. A full refund has been requested. Oddly enough their telephone lines are inoperable. Never order again! Avoid.
I spent days creating a portfolio of all my mother's artwork on Snap Fish. It was meant to be a gift for her 90th birthday. I ordered six books so my sisters and kids would have a copy. I spent hundreds of dollars. When I got the books, the very first page, the page that had a dedication for my mother, was printed off the page! The most important page that expressed our love for her.
I couldn't find a single phone number for customer service. I went on the Live Chat and waited for several hours. The girl said she would speak to a manager and email me a resolution.
They gave my a $20 credit to be used on future purchases!
DON'T USE THEM! They don't stand behind their Customer Satisfaction Guarantee!
The address on the envelopes was for a different person in a different state. I did manage to chat online with a customer service person and they agreed to resend the correct envelopes, but they did not include city, state or zip code. So crappy! I should have had them send blank envelopes! Im baffled that they could send the envelopes to the correct address but cant put the correct address on the actual ones I ordered!
I ordered 9 calendars that I made on their site with my own photos. I asked to have them received within about 2 weeks and paid $43 for shipping. 4 days after they were supposed to be delivered, I had not received them and spoke to customer service via a chat. They tried to blame the delay on the USPS, but said they had no tracking info - which I paid for - and only offered me 50% off on the shipping cost. I told them if they couldn't prove they sent them, that I wanted a full refund - which I got right away. I noticed that quality was not as good last time I ordered, but the prices were better than other places. Never again will I go back.
Snapfish is a scam. They have zero customer service. I ordered an item for delivery. It has not arrived. There are no updates on the tracking. I've emailed multiple times and received no reply. Their chat function just sends you to an FAQ page which sends you to the tracking page and you're caught in an endless loop with no resolution. They take your money and leave you high and dry.
The third time I ordered holiday photo cards from Snapfish was a nightmare. The reason I have continued with its user-unfriendly software is the huge discount provided to previous users. The package arrived in 48 hours, complete with envelopes that belonged to another customer. It, apparently, was stupid of me not to plan to use address labels as a precaution. That was part one.
Part two is trying to get help when the company offered NO customer service. Its only phone was off the hook. It was busy at midnight. There was no email shown. Chat never worked and kept spewing the same auto-generated message. I resorted to Facebook and Instagram and decided if these didn't work, I would dispense with cards in 2023. Talk about feeling helpless. Of course, I planned to eventually place the matter in dispute with AmEx fi it was not resolved. Luckily, one of these messages got a response that said everything was automated. Right!
Amazingly, my original order arrived and who knows where it emanated from. Was a human involved? We will never know.
Then someone started hitting me with emails in the horrid Zendesk. It took 15 or 20 responses to shut the person down. He or she wanted a photo of the envelopes, which already had been sent by messaging so Snapfish would know I was not a scammer. I kept telling the person I was not here to sort out his automation issue!
By message 10, it was apparent that this was harassment. I will NEVER order anything else from this outfit! Whoever started it must be rolling in dough and uses cheap automation, instead of hiring people who can rescue customers when things go awry. Well, I don't plan to support such a badly run business.
I ordered eight 8.5x11 calendars with twelve photos foe each month, order ID: **************. Every photo has at least two horizontal lines. My photos did not have these lines. They do not provide phone number or other options to file a complaint. My $100 went down into the trash bin. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE. YOU WILL REGRET IT.
Answer: I hate snapfish after my Christmas card debacle so I can't help... I'm thinking SHUTTERFLY?
