I ordered photo prints on January 31st. The initial estimate read the delivery would be made yesterday. The packets have been sitting at the UPS sorting facility located 5 miles from my home since February 3rd! Now, the estimated delivery date is February 13. $11 to ship some photo prints and it's going to take 10 days to travel 5 miles? The delivery price seemed reasonable because it was UPS, but then it was transferred to the post office. Had I known this, I would have had them printed somewhere else. I had 2 orders so I paid a total of $19 in shipping for it to arrive in 2 weeks, maybe?!?
I used a discount code, but for $15 I didn't think the images would be so grainy. I used high resolution, professional images from a vacation shoot. Up close, they are extremely pixelated. Would not purchase again, I guess that's why Snapfish is so cheap?
I put in an order for 20 Christmas cards. After reviewing them, I reordered 40 more of the EXACT SAME CARD for a cost of over $200. The second order was defective, as it cut one of the photos in half. There is Zero customer support. I spent hours trying to get this resolved, and they denied all liability. A sham company. I will not use again.
Snapfish will not admit incorrect product sent and will nit refund money. I left phone number for them to call me, however no onw would. Rip-off
When I accidentally ordered 2 sets of photos they refused to give me my money back. Their website was faulty and this was the reason for the error. They customer service was difficult to reach and the quality of the photos is poor. Never again. Popsa is better.
I order two 8x10 portrait prints. They printed them in landscape and not portrait. Charged $24 shipping as they sent the pics in separate mailers. $13 each. The prints are no good and they refuse to resend them in correct orientation. I believe the scam they are pulling is they purposely print them incorrectly, and offer you a refund for the print, $4. Then they demand you reorder it and pay shipping again. The money they make is in the shipping. They will not correct their mistake. Take your business elsewhere. I'm currently going through PayPal to get my money back.
I sure wish I'd read the reviews BEFORE using Snapfish! They are terrible. Their so called customer service is a joke. You can't get a real person (well once I did, but now cannot get that phone number. Can't even find it in my recent calls?) weird! And the chat is terrible. They don't help. The book arrived with a cut on one of the pages. I should've stuck with Shutterfly, but thought I'd try a lesser know cheaper version. You know what the saying is: You get what you pay for. Stay with Shutterfly or any company other than Snapfish! They are TERRIBLE - cannot get help! AARGH! Can't believe they have any positive reviews!
Worst site, worst finished product. Worst customer service. They blamed me for not cropping the pictures correctly. I'm sorry, I gave them a picture of a family, they sent me a print of two bodies with no heads. The photos of my sister and I are ORANGE. We look like Willy Wonka's "oompah-loompahs." They claimed the original photos were low resolution and I should have known to click on higher resolution. There was no red flag or indication on the site that the resolution was a problem. You need the computer skills of Steve Jobs and the talent of Annie Liebowitz to be able to receive prints worth framing. I ordered dozens of photos, 3x4 all the way to 8x10's. Multiples of each picture! Over $100 worth of garbage. No free shipping, what a waste of time and money.
And none of them are worth the paper they're printed on. If they aren't washed out, they are orange. If they have full body shots, tall people don't have heads. Run, don't walk to your nearest local motophoto or just show people pictures on your phone. One star is too generous
I used Snapfish to order Xmas cards for 2023 holidays. Snapfish's confusing push notifications sales during checkout caused me to order the wrong photo tiles. They offered metal photo tiles for $2.99 ea. I ordered 9 of them. What arrived are foam mounted tiles. I reached out to customer service. The agent said that I definitely ordered matte finish and sent me a screenshot of the order. Fact is there was no indication of whether the tiles were matte or metal. I ordered them in good faith they were metal. Very disappointed. Will be using Shutterfly from now on.
I have used snapped fish before and was extremely happy with them great quality happy with the price. I'm wondering what's happened to the company these pictures are horrible. Colors are dull and off. The photo paper is super thin. Shipping charges were extra high. Not satisfied!
Another customer, who lived in Massachusett Messaged me. She recieved my Christmas cards with her order! I live in Maryland. The Massachusetts lady order was missing half of her order. My order eventally came, short a 20 envelopes. I felt fortunate that my daughter is older, when she was little I worried about her safety, a situation like this would have added to my stress. I know the person who recieved my information is probably not a bad person, but you never know. I won't use them again. I will stay local.
Chatted with Snapfish to see why their promo code for an 11.99 photo book was not working. Was told the promo expired more than two hours prior and representative refused to honor despite the promo still being offered on the webpage. Sucks customers in to spend hours making projects and then uses shady tactics and straight up dishonesty to try to clinch a hire sale. Will avoid in the future.
I ordered from them for the first time Dec. 2023. I ordered 6 mugs and 3 ornaments. Shipping cost was insane and I thought it was because they were shipping items as they completed them (not very efficient) but that wasn't the case. Even so the order cost was lower than anywhere else. Well now I know why. I'm not sure where their products are manufactured but so far the 6 mugs I received were defective. The biggest issue is the images are completely crooked on the mug. They are supposed to be straight with the top of the mug and every single one is off. A few the image is literally off the mug and completely cut off. There were also scratches on some of the images. I shared one photo that shows how off center the images are. These are the same mug. I blurred out my babies face; that was not a production error.
Bought multiple photo books and wall tiles. The tiles are a nightmare. Soooo dark! The images were captured on a professional camera with high resolution. Photos were taken outside, on a sunny day. What was produced were dark and shadowed. The same images were used in the photo book and reflect the proper lighting. SMH
The magnetic adhesive pieces: "safe on most walls" does not include drywall. Not sure what type of wall they were tested on?!
The photo books are ok. Easy to layout, but unable to zoom on handheld devices so if using small font, typos are inevitable.
Customer service is non existent. I insisted they reprint the tiles … using the lighting provided on original images. They ultimately did reprint… the exact same dark images. Christmas gift fiasco!
Zero quality control! Waste of money!
Be forewarned… the great "sales" are nullified by the exorbitant shipping and handling costs!
I rushed an order of a few holiday cards with printed envelopes (my first time doing the printed envelopes) for the holiday. The 5 cards were plastic wrapped and arrived ok but the envelopes were not plastic wrapped and arrived wet & sealed shut. I spent way-too-much-time trying to get this resolved financially (replacement was not an option because it was a rush order and I had to go out and buy — more expense— new envelopes to be able to send the cards)… I stated all and took pictures and explained that I would not have even bought these had they not had envelopes, even plain ones. The customer service reps on 2 levels decided refunding $1.50 — which was the amount I paid for the address return printing, was appropriate as their remedy. Not ok. I did not expect a full refund but $1.50? They could have done so much better. I told them as much and let them know I would take it as a sign they don't want my business (I have used in past and was getting ready to do some other projects) — they didn't care. There are way more options out there that do care. I won't use them again.
I paid an outrageous amount for shipping to be expedited and arrive by a specific date. Not only did it completely miss the date, but by a whole week, and the customer service chat agent sent me follow-up emails saying the issue was resolved. Nothing was resolved. No customer service at all. The prices are really good, but beware that you can't rely on any shipping information or service.
In November I ordered several photo Christmas ornaments as well as some prints. They were supposed to be delivered by 12/13/23. It is now 12/22/23 and they have not come, and per chat with agent, they seem to have all gotten lost in transit. I definitely won't have them in time for Christmas, despite ordering a month in advance. One occasional lost item at the holidays I can understand, but for multiple orders to get lost and never be delivered is ridiculous. So disappointed with my experience trying Snapfish.
What a disappointment! Inverted photos - TWICE - and having to wait through 130 other individuals in the customer service chat. Ridiculous. I will go somewhere else in the future. DEFINITELY.
I have used SnapFish for years. Over the years, I have created and ordered 18 different projects. Of the 18 projects, 10 of them have been family calendars that are created by everyone in my family and are distributed at our annual family Christmas celebration. Year after year, I have paid for express shipping and always have had the orders completed by the 10th of December. This year was no different.
We completed our order on December 10th and paid over $100 for express shipping of 24 calendars. The delivery date of 12/20/2023 was given on the order. I noticed that the order was still processing on the 18th and I reached out to SnapFish on the 12/19 to confirm the issue via their CHAT tool (the only way to contact them). I went round and round with them but was assured that the order would ship in time.
On 12/20 I checked the status again and the order was still marked as processing. I spent the next 40 minutes trying to connect with customer service via chat again. Again, I was given the same platitudes and promises. I asked to speak to a manager but was informed that this was not possible.
I still have no resolution to the issue and am left in absolute frustration! I can assure you that I will be looking at other options next year.
I spent nearly £400 on 4 photoalbums. The quality of the images is really bad, pages not glued etc and when I called Snapfish they initially apologised and offered to re-print them. However after two weeks of silence I called them again and they started saying different things (the type of album I chose was no longer available etc) and even when I accepted different albums/formats etc they refused to re-print or refund me. I waisted so much time - hours and hours over months to speak to different people - they even wanted me to updated my computer's software, cookies etc (which did not resolve the issue as the problem was on their end) and they did not refund me despite admitting that the images were blurred and overall quality really below acceptance. I would not recomend Snapfish to anyone!
I ordered 4 photobooks and they arrived with unglued/detached pages and out of focus images. When I called they immediately agreed to re-print all photoalbums but they never contacted me back to finilise the process. When I called them back their did not have phone lines anymore and everything had to be via email or live chats. After hours and hours of chats with many different people over weeks and months (exhausting!) they said that they were not able to re-print the albums (in any type of finish) and also unable to refund! I waisted nearly £400 plus time to make the albums and speak to them. The worse experience!
Answer: I hate snapfish after my Christmas card debacle so I can't help... I'm thinking SHUTTERFLY?
