I watched the online advertised price for a trip from Australia to Europe go up and down over a week, then purchased 4 tickets online using a credit card when the price was at a low. When the USA office opened (later that day in Australia) I was telephoned and told that the advertised price for the selected tickets could not be honoured, and that the 4 tickets would cost thousands of $ more. The representative sounded like he was doing his best, but in my opinion if a company advertises a "live" price online then it should be honoured without resorting to explanations of "price fluctuations". In the end I had to send screen shots of a higher price advertised later the same day, and pay this amount to secure the tickets, which (luckily) were still for us a better deal than any other offer advertised at the time.

I chose your platform solely because it appeared to offer a cheaper price, but in the end, we ended up paying the same as the official Turkish Airlines website price. Got 2 flights and was directed to make sure each available. Caused me a bit of concern, but both available. 3rd leg was a pain thru Jetblue, so I booked independently via Alaska air.
I got charged 100% of the cost of the flight and turned out that the flight was not available at that price. In return, I still haven't got my money back. This is fraudulent behavior.
Answer: Smartfares! They will offer a deeply discounted airfare and send you a confirmation number to your email. The next day you will receive an email to call them immediately because they were unable to confirm your flight. When you call them back, they will try to sell you another flight at a much higher price. SCAM SCAM AVOID!
