Mis information when booking

When I booked my flight, it originally had checked bags for 2 people, and the ability to sit next to my partner, but then I got a call saying that it would cost an extra 14 dollars, I wouldnt be able to sit next to my partner, and I would have to pay extra for baggage. I get that the booking changed between the time that I ordered and when they processed the order but I should not have to pay for that error by an extra 164 dollars. Would not recommend to anyone, In fact I would recommend them not to book with smart booking again

Horrible company

Chargerd me $1399 and did and changed my flights for another day. After reaching out to costumer service they only refunded me $840. They began to blame me for them changing my flight dates.

I purchased and paid for (my card was charged) two round trip tickets to New Orleans for $240 total cost and never received my flight numbers or additional contact. Thank God I followed up. When I called, I was told the price was no longer available but that I could hold the reservation for what was now over $400. I declined and booked each individual leg with American airlines and spirit for a total of $300 for both tickets - not only did you not honor your sale, you tried to uncharged over a $100. Hate this company - dishonest and unprofessional with zero integrity.

Smooth process

Pésima experiencia, aconsejo no usar los servicios de esta agencia. Compré tiquetes en agosto de 2024, en diciembre de 2024 la aerolínea canceló el vuelo sin tener alternativa para mi. La agencia se comprometió a devolver mi dinero en 7 a 14 días, han pasado más de 2 meses y solo he recibido mensajes ocasionales con diferentes excusas.
