My girlfriend and I bouth two plane tickets on this website, and that was ok, we received both reservation codes, one for this website and the other for the airline website. When we search for them with the reservation number it's status was pending and in the airline website said the tickets hadn't been confirmed. For this reason we decided to communicate and ask for help by chating. A person called Otis repetitively asked for 50 usd per ticket in order to confirm the tickets, the explanation she gave us was that the fairs changes all the time. Despite having already payed for the plane tickets, this person demands us to pay the extra charge mentioned. We refused to pay, and five minutes later the tickets were confirmed. I strongly recomend to prepare your staff with the certain information about the questions the clients could have and to be more empathetic. It was such a dishonet and unpleasant experience for us because we are from Argentina and we struggle a lot to manage to save money to buy a plane ticket in order to go on holiday. For this reason we are never going to buy a plane ticket in this website again and advise our friends and family not to. I hope that our experience help you to offer a better service in the future.
The booking process was really okay. I did not have much trouble with it. I wish I would have received a receipt and/or e-ticket along with the booking confirmation. Reading the reviews online, I will be honest, threw me off a bit.
The moment I clicked "pay" I got a warning from my bank regarding a fraudulent transaction, and though my ticket was ZAR *******.00, the deduction was for ZAR*******.00.
I immediately phoned the customer relations number at the top of the screen to find out what is going on and got a "number does not exist" message, so reported the site as fraud.
When one of the "employees" contacted me the following day and I asked why they had deducted the extra ZAR1500.00 she argued and then ended the call.
So my fraudulent site still stands
I booked a flight more than a week prior and the company didn't book with the airline. Then a week and a half later they sent me an email saying call us we cancelled your reservation. Didn't even say anything about a refund or how to re-book. When I called they didn't listen or try to correct. They just kept saying call your bank.

The next day you will receive an email to call them immediately because they were unable to confirm your flight. When you call them back, they will try to sell you another flight at a much higher price. SCAM SCAM AVOID!
