Luggage information not mentioned even after payment is complete,still need to call customer service to confirm. Airport need to update from Las Vegas Mcarran to Harry Reid now.

Directed to Smartfares site via Skyscanner for a flight to Thailand, £706 per flight X2. Paid for seat allocation, another £36. Paid on my credit card and waited for confirmation e-mail. I then receive an e-mail stating that my reservation was not confirmed and I had to call Smartfares to verify my booking. The operative then tells me that the flight I had booked has'nt been released yet (Christmas 2025) and that particular flight would be £1450 each.I informed the operative that it's illegal to offer flights that are'nt available and refund my money immediately.It took 3 days to refund my money. Avoid this company at all costs
