I was led to believe that this was a site where I would be getting a better deal than purchasing my ticket directly through the airline, but I looked at the airline website and priced the exact same flight and I would have paid less had I booked directly through the airline. In my opinion this is false advertising and I will likely not purchase a ticket from your site in the future.

Compré un boleto de Miami a CDMX y me hicieron el cargo. Verifico la reserva en la Aerolínea y no existe. Después llamo a Smart Fire y resulta que no respetan el precio adquirido porque tengo que pagar otra tarifa de 90 usd. Pido la cancelación por la nueva tarifa y te descuentan 50 USD por su política la cuál no fué error mío. Pésimo servicio!
Adquieran mejor desde la aplicación directa de las Aerolíneas.

Don't get tricked into purchasing a cheap fare. You will get an email that your payment didn't get through and need to call them immediately. When you call they will tell that this price is no longer available
I booked a journey from Paris to Tokyo with SmartFares, and after receiving an email saying that my payment didn't get through, I called the help-line and got guided through thanks to a very efficient and clear assistant. Recommended!

Im running after smartfares for my refund of $1769 for my flight that was canceled due to war in my country, they are still holding my money from June! THEY ARE STEALERS! Do not book with Smartfares if you dont want them to steal your money. Their service is horrible, they put me on hold and just leave me there for hours! No one is taking care of my issue, horrible customer service!

The next day you will receive an email to call them immediately because they were unable to confirm your flight. When you call them back, they will try to sell you another flight at a much higher price. SCAM SCAM AVOID!
