Easy to book my ticket. I have to travel after l will have a full experience with my ticket. I can't give my experience now because l have used my ticket yet so this doesn't really make sense. I don't understand this. I gave a 4 star because ticket is quite over the board expensive

The purchase of tickets was pretty simple.
It was good but you guys have the selections automatically set to yes once u purchase the ticket, so you get people to spend more money with most realizing it.
Booking was easy and about 53 dollars cheaper than any other booking option including directly with the airline. It would be nice however if there was an option to add your TSA precheck number when booking so you didn't have to go in and add it after the fact in the airline's app.
Quick and easy. It would be nice to be able to enter my TSA precheck number and purchase my bags though when I am buying my tickets.

Smartfares listed the best flight option in terms of price on Kayak. Throughout the entire booking process, the same price was listed. After completing the payment details and pushing the purchase button, I looked at my credit card account and noticed that they charged 7% more than the price shown on Kayak, and their own website. I didn't select anything to increase the price.

Worst experience of my life. Paid one price for a ticket only to be told I couldn't get that flight because the airline is no longer fly planes. Then had to pay almost double to rebook
After booking, I was told that the fare I had booked was sold out and I had to pay more.
I asked to cancel the ticket and the person assisting kept trying to negotiate a new fare, offering discounts.
I asked multiple times that they cancel if the fare was unavailable and in the end they confirmed the ticked at the same fare that was booked.
The experience gave me a lot of anxiety and was very bullish. In the end, I was relieved to get confirmation of the tickets I booked.
Advisors were not help and would hang up on me without saying a word. I don't think I have ever had such $#*! experience with customer service. I am never the type to write reviews but holy $#*! it was hot $#*! customer service. Did the people who trained all the employees even get trained himself. Tried to save a couple bucks but it was not worth the hassle of going thru this company. If you can change my rating to 0 stars I'd appreciate it
Easy site to navigate, great deals and I was able to find and purchase the tickets I wanted quickly and efficiently. Definitely would recommend!
Answer: Smartfares! They will offer a deeply discounted airfare and send you a confirmation number to your email. The next day you will receive an email to call them immediately because they were unable to confirm your flight. When you call them back, they will try to sell you another flight at a much higher price. SCAM SCAM AVOID!

Answer: Yes. They stated because of flight increase they canceled my flights. Then they wanted me to pay a balance of what the new increase was. So disappointing. I paid for four fares. They took the funds from the bank n then canceled my flights.
