Poor customer service

I booked and never got a confirmation then was told my flight was no longer available. Then was told no refund would be issued. After a VERY long conversation they promised me a refund, but I'm still waiting. It's been 4 days.

Worst Company Ever

Don't book through this company because they will play games that trying to get you booked some other date than you picked and get more money out of you. I booked through them back in 2021 and unfortunately forgot and booked through them again last week and as usual they did the same thing but I'm glad that my card was locked and the payment didn't go through and they couldn't force my to pick other day and pay the difference or I will lose my money. I forgot to mention, they will claim that they can't give you the money back while relocating your flight so you either pay extra or you will lose the whole amount. Their customer service is terrible and they can't handle a simple situation. Worst experience ever and worst customer service. NEVER WILL BOOK THROUGH THEM NEVER.

Hi Smartfares! Clearly it's a Scam-fare and nothing smart about your broad day robbery! I just booked below ticket at from Ghana to Johannesburg via Kenyan Airways at R12,651.00. And confirmed to pay this amount at check out, only to find out that a completely different higher amount of R13,504.75 went off my credit card! I do not care about bull$#*! and lame excuse of exchange rate, this amount should be indicated at checkout with the exact amount either in USD or Rands. But no, I was lured along to believe I was paying R12,651.00 even at the final confirmation of my credit card as per below screen shots, only to have a different amount go off my bank account. I do not agree with this and demand an immediate refund of the over charged amount. WHAT A TERRIBLE BAD TASTE FROM A FIRST TIME USE OF SMARTFARES!

Relatively simple to navigate the site, secure the tickets. I reviewed my order, several times, before submitting it, When I received my confirmation, my last name, was misspelled, not one letter, but three, were off. I can assure you, I know how to spell my name, would not have made such an egregious error. There was no way to correct the spelling without paying a $ 75 fee. Suffice to say, that left a bad taste in my mouth. I see below, you still have it misspelled my name again. It does not begin in" D", nor the letters that follow. I've corrected it to reflect the proper spelling of my last name.,
