I booked my flight, got a weird email after that saying that I will get my flight details shortly with a phone number and email address to contact them if I have any questions. Neither one of those were reachable. Had to call different number and get my ticket issued to me. So not a good experience

The email I was sent in reference to my booking confirmation included links to my seat, bag, and TSA info and tips. All links led to a blue error page.

A bit messy. At a point I called the assistance number tl ask about the luggage conditions of the ticket I was about to purchase, but the operator never answered my question and insisted on closing the deal over the phone with a rate that was literally US 100 more expensive from the deal I was getting on the site. It was quite frustrating.
