It would have been a 5 until 30 minutes after I got my booking confirmation, could see my information on Finnair and I get a sketchy call from someone stating that I bought mine too cheap and they had to charge me more!
This made me very uncomfortable! You claim to offer real time pricing but then I was told that they didn't accept the price. If that is the case, you should compensate. I followed my part and was unpleasantly surprised by this sketchy encounter.

The ticket was advertised at $149. I then received a phone call to advise that the flight was full but I could book at an extra $30. I believe that is an unethical way of pricing tickets.

Answer: Yes. They stated because of flight increase they canceled my flights. Then they wanted me to pay a balance of what the new increase was. So disappointing. I paid for four fares. They took the funds from the bank n then canceled my flights.
