Not happy with your options when going through seat selection when going through webpage to pay for flights. The way you have set this up for selection of seats for the flight is not clear and a bit deceiving, I chose option to have window and adjacent seat, but no mention of a cost for that! Didn't show up as a cost of $39.90 until I finished paying with my credit card. Not cool.
A little confusing initially - seems to have completed ok
I booked my tickets easily and then when I check the price there was an additional $40.00 charged for one hour flight to reserve seats which I didn't want, I called your 800 customer service number and that's when thing got bad as your representative was not helpful and asked me to send an email and I'll get an immediate refund for this service fee but unfourtnately till now no one called me nor did I receive any refund!
To many pop up that got in the way as I scroll down. Had to re do it 3 times.
