Please state if the customer will be charged in US or Cdn dollars so the appropriate credit card card can be used to pay for the flight. I ended up paying almost $75 Canadian more for my flight!

Despite providing correct demographic information online to Smartfares (confirmed by Smartfares), the airline issued tickets with the wrong demographics l. We ended up in a nightmare place between the airline sending us to Smartfares and Smartfares sending us back to the airline. To cancel the tickets Smartfares demanded $75 fee. The issue is still unresolved. We hope we will not be denied boarding, but the experience is very troubling and unsatisfying

Horrible, they give you 24 hours to cancel and they refund your money, but in exchange they say they can't and make you pay more.

My experience with this company was bad, they sold me a fake ticket, the email attached to their website is fake it doesn't go through, the phone number is invalid, please give me back my money
