Despite providing correct demographic information online to Smartfares (confirmed by Smartfares), the airline issued tickets with the wrong demographics l. We ended up in a nightmare place between the airline sending us to Smartfares and Smartfares sending us back to the airline. To cancel the tickets Smartfares demanded $75 fee. The issue is still unresolved. We hope we will not be denied boarding, but the experience is very troubling and unsatisfying
