It was fine but I had to fight for the price I was quoted. In the end I got it. So if your card gets declined and a rep tells you that your seats are no longer available stand your ground. I checked the airline directly and I found book cheaper than the new price I was being given. After saying I would go direct I got my tickets at the original booking price ($95 cheaper than what they told me was available). So although I got the original price it was a bit of a run around.
Usually to book international tickets takes a nit long than expected bit with Smart Fare was as easy as 1, 2, 3.
