We booked Tokyo last March and just booked Panama for February with Junior. Both times he has had to offer extra assistance and was very patient with both our indecision and our booking difficulties (our fault) He has also provided several quotes to various other destinations that we were unable to book, and he had no issues with taking up his time unnecessarily.
