I received excellent service from Madina. It was wonderful to have one point of contact throughout the entire transaction. While I did end up securing very good flights at a price I could not come close to on my own, it was a challenging process. The first flights I thought I secured after payment never came through. I was promptly refunded and the second try at flights was successful.

Silvester was awesome and proactive! I gave him my travel criteria and dates and he gave me multiple options and is always professional when I have questions. Prices are better than what I could find online. The only downside is that I don't get to pick seats until tickets are purchased and there was a bit of hiccup getting bassinet seats with the airline but it's not terrible. Would recommend!
