This was my first time using Skylux and I was impressed with the service. The rep was extremely professional and responsive. There was a mistake with booking my ticket and how companies resolve mistakes/issues usually show their character. That was the case here. Because Skylux immediately acknowledged their mistake and said they would make everything right, that told me tons about their service. I will definitely use them again.
I was originally speaking with Josh on a business class trip to Cairo, Egypt. He did a good job in securing me a trip on a flight I agreed with but later never returned my call and even after lying to me telling me that he had reserved my price, I lost it. Because he refused to call me back, I had to spend $300 more on my ticket. I called back and then spoke to Marvin who helped resolve the issue.

We had a medical emergency that prevented us from traveling so they issued a credit. When I went to use that credit the company would not return my emails or phone calls. It wasn't until I threatened to report them on social media to the BBB that they returned my calls. They then charged me a "fee" of $400 stating it was a bank fee. They issued tickets that were about $700 round-trip while I was finding the exact same flights for $400. This is flight our family makes twice a year and I have never paid $700 per tickets. Finally, they wanted to collect my credit card information again before they would issue the tickets as a credit and AGAIN charged me another $300 from my credit for another bank processing fee! This issues have still not been resolved at this time.

Nancy Lewis did an outstanding job of booking my flight to Kochi, India, at a price that was acceptable to me. I have been invited to my dear cousin's 80th birthday celebration on May 25th. At first I didn't think I would go, but then changed my mind. Not only do I get to see my relatives at the Birthday Celebration, but I also get to spend time with my youngest son and his almost-wife! I haven't seen them since last summer so it will be great!

I booked and paid for a business class international ticket with Skylux airlines, received a confirmation email with confirmation number. After more than a month, I tried to find my reservation on the airline website and there was none! I called Skylux and insisted that I get another agent who helped me confirm and actually complete the reservation! If I had not independently checked the reservation, I would not be flying!
Also the deal when I booked included 3 free hotel nights with a voucher in any city in the place I was visiting. The process to obtain a list of hotels was very slow, took multiple phone calls and emails with the primary agent and has still not been done. I am still waiting on the same.
Expected a better experience given the reviews and reputation.

Skylux received a refund for our airline tickets from the airline nearly two months ago and still will not refund our money. It is in fact OUR money and OUR refund. Our agent continues to give us the runaround and has said several times that the refund is being processed but still nothing. No one else at the company will help. Buyer beware. Book directly with the airline so you don't have to go through this.

Spent hours and multiple phone calls booking my flight. I was told I would have me tickets emailed to me that night. The next morning, there were no tickets. I called and emailed over and over and was told they would be sent in "a few minutes." They never were. When I asked to speak to a manager, once she couldn't help me because she didn't have access, 2nd time, all I heard was laughing at a party and was hung up on. Finally, I received an email stating they were refunding my tickets since they had bought economy (not business I was promised) and it was too long a process to upgrade. What? You are a business class travel agency. Awful! Do not use them!

Very pleased with Wells who worked super hard to get us a great J class rate YYZ - SYD. Everything was done in a fast and professional manner I do recommend these good people. They saved us significant dollars off published fares.
