I was proposed a trip that included three days of lodging at no charge. I was told that that was just a bonus and they could not guarantee any availability or could they extend for the full six days i needed. I was told that for $200.00 extra, i could use their concierge service. I agreed and when I was contacted by them they proposed different options and they would not use the 'three nights free' as promised. Further, they could not get me good hotels even with the higher pricing. Plus, they highlight that their service was "FREE" even though i paid an additional fee for their service.
Keanu, the travel agent, was with us online and by phone the weeks before we wanted to purchase. He found appealing and not appealing flight options and did not push any of these flights until we asked for more detail. When we knew we wanted to book and purchase, he was professional, prompt, and more than courteous (attentive to detail).

We booked four Business class tickets for an Overseas travel from the US. Sheldon was the agent who assisted us. At first, he sent us the quotes for different airlines. Once we finalized which airline to use, Sheldon found the best price. He asked basic questions to find out our needs and worked accordingly. Sheldon explained all the details about the times, layover time, meal choice, lounge privileges, and seat selection. He also assisted us in the payment process. Sheldon spoke slowly and clearly. He knew what he was talking about. Sheldon was polite and competent. It was a great experience working with Sheldon. I will definitely use Skylux for my future travel and also recommend it to my friends and family.

The booking took approximately 1 hour! This was very long and my return flight has too many stops. This was the first time I have felt SkyLux may have not been worth it.
Someone had informed me that the company was bought out. They also informed me it wasn't as good. I do not know if that is the case, but this was not my best experience for the cost. I was actually thinking about, but my wife was against it, just paying the extra $8,000 and getting American Airlines for 2 nonstop flights. Less hassle, less rushing on our part and I get guaranteed great service and less waste of my personal time.

Everything was great. I asked for a specific airline and flight one way. I asked for any airline in the other direction. Both requests were met quickly and satisfactorily despite the very different requests. Seats were booked exactly where I wanted and lounge information was provided quickly too.

I am very pleased with Moreno. He was polite, attentive. Listened to my requests and found me great seats business class to Bali on my favorite airline Qutar. I have to fly economy back because of time restrictions but I am still pleased as even Economy on this airline is awesome.

Flem did a wonderful job in finding me the shortest flights for the best price. I compared SkyLux prices with 2 other sources and they were the leas expensive. I usually heard back with one hour with answers to my questions.
Planning a trip to Japan, I was baffled by the lack of information on the airlines I was considering about the seats in business class. It was of critical importance to me to book seats that would lie flat but that information was nowhere to be found on the airline's website! It was such a relief to find Skylux where I was able to get all the information I needed including which airport was the most convenient, which airline had the best reputation for business class travel and how best to plan my US flights to connect with my Japanese flights. I will definitely use SkyLux for all my international flights in the future.

Normally, I fly with the least expensive airline to Thailand. But as I get older, I find that economy is getting more and more difficult to use. I am willing to pay more for a more comfortable seat but I can't afford First Class. Skylux helped me find a better upgraded seat at affordable price. You will pay more but the cost is reasonable and the Skylux agent, Ignacio, was extremely knowledgeable and found the best deal for me. It was almost like he could read my mind. He was a great listener. Really took care of my needs.

I recently purchased a Business Class ticket with Skylux. I was skeptical at first, since I had not used any online travel agency before. But, Campbell their travel agent understood the timelines, the budget quickly and not only suggested viable options but also suggested when a better route was available at the same price & kept up with excellent follow ups and updates. I highly recommend Skylux for their prices, professionalism and ease of use.
In summary:
Simply summarized: Bought ticket, bought insurance from Skylux. Had to cancel due to COVID travel restrictions, have yet to get a refund or a committed date.
On 5/28 I notified agent that the Philippine government was not allowing entry of foreigners, so I would have to cancel the reservation.
There have been multiple discussions to reach the agreement that they would refund my purchase price less $250 which would be a travel voucher for future purchases.
I have been both patient and cooperative. I did not purchase from the airline, I purchased from Skylux. (Both the ticket and the travel insurance). The refund I am entitled to is from Skylux.
Every time I insist on a follow up, they have another reason to ask for a week extension to try and get me a refund.
I have now researched on the Better Business Bureau and found very similar complaints filed by MANY of your customers.

My experience with Madina was great!
