This Skylux is a joke now. The people working there scam you for tips. We were seated LAX to LHR on opposite sides of the jet in business class. We reserved these seats 4 months in advance! Terrible company. I use to use them. Nope, for the 1000 you save, I'd rather book direct!
Aaron was able to save us a good amount of money on business class flights to Sydney, Aus. It took a little time and a few phone calls to sort it out, but it was well worth it. Looking forward to our trip!

After our flight to Japan was cancelled, SkyLux has continued to withhold our refund after many attempts by email and telephone to resolve this issue. Our Agent Matteo has slow to respond to our concerns. His resolution was for us to pay SkyLux an additional $400 to get a $600 credit and forfeit $100 of the original amount paid. A second option was to receive a credit for travel on the same airline but within 9 months from the date of original travel. This is totally unacceptable and seems illegal. SkyLux came highly recommended by a trusted professional, but will advise him to reconsider using you in the future in light of our experience.

We have been using the agent named Fonzy for years. Even with complicated itineraries to far and away places we have had success. I understand how they operate has been questioned, using points and so on, but our tickets for business travel have always been delivered at good rates and have been 100% legitimate.
The Agent I had my correspondence with was Nolan, very informative and patient. We spoke numerous times and he was always very professional and tried to find the best deal for me.

We were given a quote for a Business fare round trip to Europe on one day and called to book the flight the next day, the rep said the fare had gone up by $120 pp, after asking to double check, then he said his manager to increase the price by $89 pp, upon booking, the final price was more than $120 pp increase, asked why and he kept saying he tried but it is the final price. We were so tired at that point and just paid the price. It was disappointing.

I called Skylux Travel and received great service from Anita G. She worked with me on various options and I was able to secure a flight from Lisbon to JFK for about $1,000.00 less than the airline was quoting. Great service. I would recommend them.

I have used Skylux travel two times now and both times I have had nothing but excellent service! Ticket prices are a real bargain when you look at what other places are asking for business class fares. Next time I need to travel I will go straight to Skylux for my air travel tickets.
My recent experience was not a positive one. They got my wife name on the tickets wrong. Instead of accept that they made a mistake they tried to convince me it will not be noticed when I travel. No way between TSA and airline will not notice. It is strict requirement that the name should match the passport. Finally it was corrected but it should not happen. No apology.

This is the second time we've scheduled our flights thru SkyLux, this time to Portugal. Our contact, JM was a good listener and provided the best schedule, including proper time to catch the connecting flights. He was also very helpful in supplying business class seating locations on several airlines for our already determined schedule. We have already booked flights for our upcoming trip in August to Ireland.

I worked with Heiner Beck of Sky Luxe Travel. Heiner was always professional, helpful and most of all I appreciated the fact that he didn't call me incessantly to "follow-up" and see if I was going to place an order. He provided me with several flight options and even reran all the scenarios when I changed my criteria.
