I was introduced to Skylux by a friend who has done a lot of business with them. Flem, my agent, arranged a wonderful itinerary for me to travel to Switzerland in 2020. He was polite, efficient, knowledgeable and blew me away with the speed of his responses and research.
Now my family is heading to London and less than 24 hours after sending an email to Flem for help, we are booked on flights that incorporate everything we asked for. He works magic!

I was hunting for a business class flights to Norway. I tried every carrier, Google flights and even tried to book a fabulous deal with my go-to airline. I kept getting kicked off the site and then came the price jump. I had attempted to use Skylux for a previous trip but chickened out. This time I was ready. Ringo was super supportive and found a fabulous flight. So far so good. Getting excited.

I have used Idris at Skylux for years for both business and personal travel needs. It became clear after my husband had surgery that we needed to book longer waits between stops and that wheelchair assistance was a critical need. Idris accomodated all special needs and was sure to find the best deals as well as airlines that were the most comfortable for the long flights we had to take for business. Incredibly helpful and prompt in response. We were given multiple choices with different points of departure and airlines. All of our choices were less expensive than other travel agents. Ford walked us through all of the steps and we were very pleased with his service.

We've been purchasing tickets through Skylux for several years now. When friends and family hear what we get for the price we pay, they want to know who to go to. Easy. We just tell them and provide our agent's name and number. We are not only big fans of Skylux, but now our family and friends are too! Many even tell us how thankful they are we told them to use Skylux and how they are hooked on the company's services as well. Fast, courteous, affordable, and fun. Great service! He was very helpful and patient with me as I had MANY questions. I had decided on a flight from Boston to Naples Italy. While working on that reservation he noticed a better flight that he saw. The timing was perfect. He called me several times to verify information and spoke with me again after my flight was complete. I have called him several times with questions after the booking. He has always gotten back to me quickly. My flight isn't until September but the customer service was awesome!Thanks Om

Started out inquiring about business class offerings due to promos, the agent explained this is during off-season travel which I figured. The agent Lori provided options for economy class direct non stop which was 1/2 the cost I could find online or via calling airlines directly. Vey happy about the deal! Highly recommend Skylux!

Bolt was helpful in booking flights with me today. He sent emails, explained schelduled flights, booked hotel room, made connections for my trip, and included a voucher for the next flight with SkyLux.
