As a frequent traveler, I'm always looking for good fares in business/first class when traveling overseas. I had the opportunity to book recently a roundtrip business class LAX-CDG with Skylux. It is the first time I has such a nice deal on this route. The Skylux agent was very competent and helpful. What a great customer service!

I paid 20,000 $ for business only to find I'm coac premium. I used ******* amx points only to be told instead of $3000 dollars I get 300. I asked for my points back, informed they can't return them. They now don't answer my calls, and don't respond to emails. I don't even know if my tickets are real as airlines don't have me listed.
As mentioned in the title, this is now the second year in a row I have used SkyLux for my business class tickets to Europe and thus far, the experience has been perfect! Great prices, well below what the airline was offering directly and what other agents offered. I have also referred many friends to SkyLux and they have had the same great experience.
My travel advisor is Ranger Fletcher, and he has been outstanding.

I have been working to get my refund for six weeks now and have gotten nothing. I bought TravelCare which guaranteed full refund. Agent refused to pick up calls, did not respond to voicemails or emails. (I left over 10 voicemails and emails). Poor, unreliable service, not worth the small amount of saving.

Kate was so helpful. Originally I simply checked the site because it said about the great discount of the business class tickets. She tried to find good tickets but still over my budget. I am planning to go back to japan in September again. I just came back from Japan 3days ago.so ended up premium economy tickets but still good deal in the prime time in the year. Thank you Kate!

Melchor was my "specialist". Was nice, explained everything and worked to get me the best deal possible. My only complaint (and it's not about him) is in the check out process they sorta try to guilt you into leaving a tip for your specialist. I spent over 4K on 2 tickets and now you want me to give the guy $40 minimum? IMO that's crazy. I'm a good tipper in situations where tipping is normal.(I routinely tip between 20 and 30% to servers) But I thought this was just odd and a bit off putting. Pay your people and stop trying to suck more money out of my pockets. IMO tipping your travel agent is like tipping a sales clerk.
In the old days if I would have offered a tip to my travel agent (back when they had offices all over town and you walked in etc.) they would have looked at me like I was crazy. And... they would have refused it. So... if this is a trend it's a bad one that should end.
Other than that, 9 out of 10 in my experience.

First time use of this website. Had been researching discounted airfares for my JFK-IST trip in Business Class. Had checked several other websites and decided to use Skylux. Was very pleased. Sent them pertinent details for my trip, and received a call from them within the hour explaining what they would do. Trinity was the agent, and she was very good. Within another hour she sent me three alternatives with different airlines. Because of my research I knew the fares were well priced. I had been checking prices for several weeks, and Skylux made it much easier. I am please with the results. Looking forward to the trip.
We've used SkyLux previously and had a great experience. The rates for first class and business class tickets are about half what the airline website goes for. Colton was very helpful and professional. I would highly recommend SkyLux to anyone traveling abroad and wants business class tickets.
