I needed to change departure flights. Emailed and called the agent Marvin Rothenberg. He said he would find out information and never responded. Horrible customer service. I emailed the company to complain. No response either. Don't use this company. Sketchy

We had booked flight to Fiji. When it was canceled, we made attempts to reach the agent who booked the flights for us. Many others in our group tried to contact him and have not received any response. At this point, we feel we have been abandoned. Cannot recommend this business.

I tried to get in touch with my previous travel agent Betty and she had left. I attempted 4 times to connect via email over 2 weeks before I called in to find out she was no longer with the company. Once this issue was cleared up the booking was seamless with a new agent Corbain who was also really good.

Fergus is our Sky Lux Professional and we are so glad to have him. He is on the ball, answers all of our questions in a timely matter and follows through on everything. He does a lot of research and then sends us a quote.

For planning extended international trips and not wanting to be "stuck in the back of the bus," Skylux has been a good partner in putting extended tripos together. And, equally important, when a trip didn't happen due to health reasons (and COVID) they were helpful in securing refunds.

I was referred by a close friend and she raved about the prices she got for her business class trip so I gave them a call after doing a lot of research for my flight for Italy, I found that they truly do have unbeatable prices!

The trip protection is a joke, you have to be hospitalize in order to get a refund. I'm
66 years old and at my age their are many health reasons that can stop you from
Traveling that don't require being admitted to a hospital. It's only good for baggage
Problems. You should also check your credit card statement after you book.
Henry who did my booking for my flights was very good and I would use him again.

Hendrix is wonderful. I recently bought my 2nd ticket through SkyLux and Hendrix made the experience very pleasant. He is patient, does a great deal of research in finding that perfect flight for you. Highly recommend the agency, especially Hendrix. I will by buying many more tickets with his help.

This was my first experience using this agent to book flights. My reason to use them happened as I had little luck in finding a deal that would be the best for me in business class so my cruise booking agent recommended SkyLux. The result was a quick, good price point deal done in a very professional manner. Very good communication and quick response. I now have seven more flights that I will have them do. Excellent!
