We have used this service several times and Sullivan has always been more successful in landing smoking deals on One World partner airlines which i prefer due to my Lifetime Executive Platinum status. Nonetheless i recognize the price gouging going on in most airlines and appreciate the deal we got
I needed to change departure flights. Emailed and called the agent Marvin Rothenberg. He said he would find out information and never responded. Horrible customer service. I emailed the company to complain. No response either. Don't use this company. Sketchy

We had booked flight to Fiji. When it was canceled, we made attempts to reach the agent who booked the flights for us. Many others in our group tried to contact him and have not received any response. At this point, we feel we have been abandoned. Cannot recommend this business.

I tried to get in touch with my previous travel agent Betty and she had left. I attempted 4 times to connect via email over 2 weeks before I called in to find out she was no longer with the company. Once this issue was cleared up the booking was seamless with a new agent Corbain who was also really good.

Very smooth and efficient process...
Be careful purchasing tickets from this company. Howie who sold me a business class ticket, verifying on the phone that it was a flat bed. I found out that I have been lied to, and when I called and complained, he sent me a flatbed picture from Delta airlines telling me it's the flat bed on Iceland air. Iceland air does not have flat beds. This is a COMPLETE SCAM!
When I asked for refund and wanted to talk to his boss, they got radio silent. I filled a complain with my credit card company for fraud. Thankfully, they were stupid enough to send me a picture of a Delta airline flatbed picture, with a note that it was Iceland air. BEWARE!

I was referred by a close friend and she raved about the prices she got for her business class trip so I gave them a call after doing a lot of research for my flight for Italy, I found that they truly do have unbeatable prices!
The trip protection is a joke, you have to be hospitalize in order to get a refund. I'm
66 years old and at my age their are many health reasons that can stop you from
Traveling that don't require being admitted to a hospital. It's only good for baggage
Problems. You should also check your credit card statement after you book.

After 2 successful rebookings I was finally able to travel. My travel manager Memphis has proved his professionalism and responsiveness in full.
