I had the pleasure of working with Austin C who was an absolute delight to work with. He answered all of my inquiries in a timely manner and always gave me the best options for my travel dates. I plan to use SkyLux again in the very near future. I highly recommend this travel company!

Booked an economy ticket and realized later that actually half of my flight is economy premium which was never told to me so I paid more not knowing it. I was told I have the right to 2 carry on bags, at the airport they told me that is not true, but I also emailed them before to check if this is correct and they assured it is.
At the airport I had to pay additional $100 to check in my second carry on. I needed to change my return flight and they gave me the best option for 500$ assuring me there is nothing else they can do, I called the airline and rebooked the flight to the desired date for $16.40.

They have friendly customer service but will lie to you and overcharge you. Be aware.

As soon as I signed up, I was contacted by Hommer Petterson who was very courteous and listened to all my requirements and requests. He then proceeded to find me several options all of which didn't work fir me BUT he kept at it. Incorporating all my suggestions in his searches and he finally cane up with an itinerary that was perfect. Thank you so very much Hommer! You were phenomenal!

I am very pleased with the professional service and great price I got for business class tickets from Austin, Texas to Marrakesh, Morocco. I am pretty savvy with working the reservation systems to find the best price, but Ray at SkyLux was able to beat the already low price I had found and with only one stop. I highly recommend SkyLux to anyone looking for the best price on business class tickets.

Please note I have not yet used the tickets and have no way of knowing if they will be as professional and reliable if there are any problems that arise. I am slightly concerned after reading the very negative reviews of what travelers experienced when medical issues or flight delays and cancellations occurred.

Mel has been great in making sure my trip goes well. I used him once before and was so impressed, I had him take care of my current trip in May. He has been on top of it and has made sure the airline schedule changes will work for me.

Eric is the Saint of Patience! I admit that I was not the best/easiest of clients. I kept asking for more quotes at a different time etc. I finally made my final decision, and I know at the time, it was the best quote. If I would have listened to Eric from the beginning I would have saved $500 per ticket. My advice is to trust Erick at the beginning. I and four other family members of my family are going to Israel for the holidays. Seats very scarce by the time I made up my mind. However, the happy ending is that Erik got me the seats. Rose was the most accommodating, friendly, helpful, professional and joyful person to work with. She is a tremendous asset to the SkyLux Team. She went over and above. Answered each and every concern with speed and efficiency multiple times. I wish she was on my team. I will ALWAYS come back to SkyLux. The Difference is greater than night and day compared to the others. In fact, there is no comparison. Anyone wishing for such service will not be disappointed. It was surprising but after I got over the shock of being so well cared for, I am sorry the process is over. Rose has made an everlasting impression on me and SkyLux is now a permanent name in my memory. I WILL BE BACK.

Very responsive and supportive team Skylux. My travel agent was on a vacation and his colleague successfully took care of my flight needs and found a good priced deal. A week before the flight, I had to cancel my travel plans and Josh got me a new itinerary in 20 minutes. This is a trustworthy service I will continue recommending to friends and family.

I learned about SkyLux through a friend of a friend who travels internationally quite a bit. I was looking for business class tickets and did not have a lot of flexibility with dates and times of travel. I contacted SkyLux through their website and was contacted by Archie fairly quickly. He got right on it and found flights that matched my needs for prices that were several hundred dollars less than what I could do on my own. Anytime I had a question, Archie got back to me quickly. I absolutely will use SkyLux again in the future.

We have used this service several times and Sullivan has always been more successful in landing smoking deals on One World partner airlines which i prefer due to my Lifetime Executive Platinum status. Nonetheless i recognize the price gouging going on in most airlines and appreciate the deal we got
