Wow, what an awesome experience. Diaz got my wife and I an awesome deal. It took awhile for my wife and I to make a decision on the dates but once we did it went so smoothly and Diaz was so patient the entire time. Walked us through everystep redeeming some miles, picking seats etc. Can't say enough good things. Will definitely use them again as they saved us about $5,000 on first class tickets from Minneapolis to Venice, Italy then Naples, Italy back to Minneapolis.

I found Mr. Jackson Wright's performance outstanding. Mr. Wright was most helpful and efficient as well as thoughtful. He went "an extra mile" just to be sure I received the best plane seat accommodation. He heard all my suggestions and incorporated them in assuring I received the best plane connections. When I was unsure about, for example, wheelchair assistance, he responded immediately with helpful information. Mr. Wright was also very time efficient as it took a very short time to complete the entire booking for my flight from Ljubljana to Palm Springs and return. Mr. Jackson is one of your most valuable employees. I will highly recommend your company to all my relatives and friends.

Soon after contacting Festus regarding our travel plans, he was prompt in presenting us with four itineraries with different airlines and prices. After choosing our itinerary, the ticket purchase was smooth. Festus is the best and I recommend him to my family and friends with no reservations.

Booked through Sébastien was very knowledgeable and accommodating, only problem is seating assignments Sébastien state would email me seating chart which I have not received, I went on British air for seating and there was a up charge so I called Sébastien back left message, called twice after and was hung up on, called skylux direct line spoke with another agent who said sebestien will call back in 30 mins still haven't heard from him yet, will give full review at end I'm hoping to give a 5 star

Conner was fantastic to work with, found flights to match my planned itinerary at cost below other flight booking sites.

Sunshine is our agent and we are so happy with the service. We use SkyLux for our travels and both my sisters are now SkyLux customers. They both have booked trips to South Africa to visit the nephew and his wife. We use Sky Lux t go to Canada and have had nothing but great service. When American cancelled our trip they re-booked us immediately and we got to our destination in ample time to make the convention we were attending. We are going on a vacation trip this year and Sunshine had gotten us what we think are good prices and we will be in First Class because the planes don't have Business.
