I tried SkyLux on a whim. I was purchasing three business class tickets to Europe on a multi stop route. Direct prices from the airlines were over $8,200 a piece. SkyLux saved my $2,500 on each ticket. So simple. Just one phone call. The trip immediately showed up in my United Airlines account. I wish i knew about them before.
They cancelled our flight just when we got to airport. Made us pay 700 each more for our tickets. Then the new flight was in another airport and had to pay a cab 200 dollars. Get to our destination finally. Spain to be exact with a flight to Amsterdam then home from there to New York. Woke this morning to be told our flights home have also been cancelled. And I could pay skylux another 3000 to get home. Magnus Doyle was the lying cheat agent that ripped us off. Oh and btw I'm still stranded in another country. Don't use this scam of a company that probably pays companies to get rid of bad reviews.
I emailed SkyLuxTravel late on a Friday afternoon to inquire about flight arrangements from the US to Paris. Within MINUTES of sending the email I had an email response. Minutes later, I spoke by phone with my contact, and within 15 minutes I received an email with three options for my trip.
My contact (Summer) let me know that she would be available over the weekend to answer any questions that I might have. We reconnected again on Monday - I made a few changes to my itinerary - and it was booked in less than 30 minutes. I can't imagine using anyone else.
Thanks SkyLuxTravel and especially Summer for all that you did. Paris, here I come!

We booked Airline tickets for two persons from Los Angeles to London round trip for business class. Also needed connecting flight information from London to Vienna.
They were informative, helpful, prompt and accurate. They also emailed our E-Ticket promptly..
Rami has done a superb job booking our international flights and dealing with changes along the way. Reliable, courteous and efficient. They always find the lowest cost business tickets on the best airlines in the world.
Giving even a 1-star rating is also more. One of the worst and most notorious travel agent companies with all fine prints. I paid $2600 for not traveling to this travel company and paid $400 for ticket cancellation. Be careful dealing with this Travel company.

The experience was good. After it was over I logged into Qatar to do my seat selection and found that the code for the outbound flights were P, requiring me to spend an extra $210 to reserve seats. That should have been explained to me.

The data base SkyLux uses allowed them to find exactly what we were looking for at a price that was better than their competition. Douglas was professional, timely with responses, and knowledgeable. Bonus: they book directly with the Airline and I can see my booking on the airline app. I can also change seats and give meal preferences directly with the airline. GREAT experience. I'll repost in January to make sure everything is smooth with the airport/flights during travel.
Zara contact me immediately after my request and continued to work with us to receive the best deal she also booked our seats I. Request the next day. I will be sure to use Zara services in the future we travel regularly

Overall there was a lot of back and forth communication due to the ever increasing prices on business class seats to Italy. In the end, however, we were able to make a purchase on a major airline at a very good price.

Worst travel agent ever! Sure, they can help you with booking new airline tickets but it is almost impossible to get them to make any changes to the tickets even when the ticket conditions allowed changes. I have been talking to the agents (Lavone, Isidore, Ramon) for 6 days and they cannot even make a simple travel date change for one of the flights. I could not deal directly with the airline (KLM/Air France) because tickets were booked through this horrible travel agency. SkyLux Travel does not provide customer service, does not return calls/emails and does not do anything beyond selling plane tickets to you. Buy direct from the airlines or from a reputable travel agency. Avoid SkyLux Travel!

I worked with Jay to find the best overall flights for a challenging trip for (4) people across three continents. He did a great job and was really fast and committed. It just got weird when he insisted on the order that I fill out the forms and pay. He kept insisting (and got pushy) that I book the flights that I could get cheaper first or I would lose the others. Yeah - it got weird. In the end, I went forward and then later found out I couldn't get any seats on the plane till 24 hours before (even though they were all business class). It is debatable if I will use this service again.

It was easy to arrange for the travel I wanted. I did get the business class for all my flights except for the domestic flight. I had expected even that flight to be business or first class; or, at least, economy plus. But is was basic economy. That is not a good choice. Traveling internationally will mean large checked in luggage and some carry on. Basic economy does not allow that. Hence, the domestic flight also should have been booked so that there would not have basic economy restrictions.

Travel Lux is NOT an honest company! They have over charged me over $500 and will not refund it.
Beware, they have "service fees" for making the reservations and "token of appreciation" fees which are mandatory and NOT refundable. There are no discounts with this company - only more fees and their agents are incompetent. You will be sorry if you use this company!
