We needed tickets to Europe with different European arrival and departure cities. Additionally, we wanted our flight across the "pond" to be coordinated with another travel originating from a different city in the US. With all those challenges, Connor was able to exceed expectations by delivering all of the requirements at pricing that also met our desired target. We would not hesitate to use Connor and SkyLux for any travel, especially international.

We have now worked twice with Amir. He is very attentive to flight times and necessary (but not too long) layover times. He understands international travel and what it takes to put a trip together. Highly recommend.
Skylux travels are cheaters! They book you well but when it comes to changing of tickets, or refunds, they dont even have the courtesy to tell whats possible and whats not possible. You keep calling, and no one will ever respond. They are absolute cheaters. Please be very very careful. I am never booking with them again, only because of the horrendous customer service.

I purchased a great, affordable business class ticket SFO to Istanbul. I travel with a small dog, and before purchasing a ticket I checked with United availability for the pet in cabin, and they told me it is available.
After purchase a ticket I tried to add my dog on my ticket and United informed me, not dog allowed in business class on the particular boing. I didn't have protection plan and thought that I lost my money. Aaron and Sean, from Sky Lux did everything to solve my problem. Thank you.
We had a voucher with Sky Lux on Air Lingus. We were told we had to use it by June 2023. We requested flights to Dublin, Ireland for April. Sampson and Remus say they are having trouble with Air Lingus getting the tickets from them. We either want the flights or the money back which is about $3600.

Got business class tickets to India cheaper than anywhere else, even the airlines website. Nikita was my consultant and he did his job professionally. I would surely use Skylux again and would recommend to use them also to others. I don't have experience on how they deal with refunds but I had requested several changes to my itinerary and Nikita was very helpful.

This is a third class company and works very fishy. Does not answer clearly to the questions. Once I told the agent can you be simply clear to my with price options with airline and stop duration so I can decide but the agent wanted to only know what she wanted was my maximum budget. I was surprised how the agent was just fed up and not willing to answer any question.

Requested a quote, shortly received an email & text with a number to call. I did, and another caller from Skylux called at the same time - they were eager! They sent me a list of options and I selected one. The schedule and price were OK. A bit better than I could find myself on line, as they can check with all airlines.

Wow, great experience with with Randy G! Last minute booking got great flights all the way to Bucharest and back home via Budapest. Our agent Dime got always back to us immediately, and gave us the most direct routs and was always was top of everything. We purchased 2 business class tickets Vancouver-Barcelona and Zurich to Vancouver.
As our cruises got cancelled in the last moment Dime accommodated us with return flight changes. We did have to pay a small amount due to different pricing for the same rout with new dates.
We will continue working with Dime for our next flights. He inspires confidence, he knows this business well.
I was able to secure a $3200 savings on a flight in high season. It was a a matter of may be two hours from first contact until I had viable options in front of me. Communication runs conveniently through what's app/phone/email.

I too was initially skeptical about not booking directly through the international carriers but Memphis went above and beyond to find us flights that worked in the limited price range we provided. We don't travel until April but I'm confident that the trip will be as amazing as the service provided by Memphis. He worked hard to get us what we needed at the price we needed to stay within. I was booking tickets for my family of 5 and saw the ad for SkyLux Travel online. I called and had the best experience! I worked with a gentleman, Olaf, who could not have been nicer or more helpful! He found the perfect flights for us at an amazing price! I had been working with Amex Platinum as well and through their program the same flights were over TWICE the price!

I tried SkyLux on a whim. I was purchasing three business class tickets to Europe on a multi stop route. Direct prices from the airlines were over $8,200 a piece. SkyLux saved my $2,500 on each ticket. So simple. Just one phone call. The trip immediately showed up in my United Airlines account. I wish i knew about them before.
They cancelled our flight just when we got to airport. Made us pay 700 each more for our tickets. Then the new flight was in another airport and had to pay a cab 200 dollars. Get to our destination finally. Spain to be exact with a flight to Amsterdam then home from there to New York. Woke this morning to be told our flights home have also been cancelled. And I could pay skylux another 3000 to get home. Magnus Doyle was the lying cheat agent that ripped us off. Oh and btw I'm still stranded in another country. Don't use this scam of a company that probably pays companies to get rid of bad reviews.
