With the selection of the tour, we really liked it, even though after arriving in Egypt we had to drive 4.5 hours to the hotel. We didn't turn yellow, all our expectations exceeded ourselves. Thank you again.
While I was a bit concerned about the whole "if it's too good to be true..." caution, I am pleased to say that everything worked smoothly from Skylux. The representative was very attentive (actively looking for the best deals and offering different options for my travel). I'll definitely be more confident to use them again.

The dedicated concierge was truly dedicated to getting convenient flights from one small airport to another. He provided multiple airline choices in an easy to read/compare format. He listened to what I wanted and addressed my concerns.
When you search they show you very cheap rate for the dates you travel and ask to provide your Name and contact. When they call you, the rates are no where near to what they offered online, They will tell you that is the lowest possible. Then I asked them to give me a date of that price then they just play around, Never have that rate, so it is a scam not a honest business.

We were pleased with the support and service provided by Ringo throughout the process. We were slightly disappointed that we were not able to save much money for our trip, as we were able to get the same price directly from the airlines. However, Ringo made the process more personal and efficient than dealing with the airline itself.

He saved me time and money by finding the right route to take me from home to my final destination without my having to book additional transportation. For most of our interaction Skylux only gave me price options I could find myself on the airline site. There were no special deals on first class -- the 70% off ads must apply to only a very limited number of flights. In the end, though, they had a better price for premium economy than the airline was offering at that time... so we saved a few hundred dollars per ticket. (I could have matched the price on a different airline for slightly less convenient flights.)

I made my flight reservation late, just a month before departure. I worked with Wesley and he was great. He found a business flight to Zurich from Cleveland that was almost $2,000.00 less than other sites. I had asked for one stop only and the stopover was 10 hours! That was impossible for me because I am 84 years old. He then found a two stop flight that was much better and shorter overall flight. Go to this site and ask for Wesley.

Having difficulty booking a satisfactory business class trip to Costa Rica, I called Memphis at Skylux. He promptly returned several options, including one that I could not find which was perfect for our itinerary.

I've been using this service since early 2018. Remus, my personal agent, has been fantastic for me every time. On this last trip, I contracted COVID right before I was supposed to come home. Thank God that I was able to stay in my hotel room and not need to be hospitalized. Meanwhile, Remus was able to work with the airlines to make sure that I didn't lose my return flight credit. I do enjoy working with him. He even checked in my me to make sure that I was recovering from being sick. I really appreciate him and this service.
As usual is was a pleasure to deal with Donovan. He took the time to provide a number of alternatives very promptly and, thus we were able to make our flight decisions very quickly. His very quick response rate is very much appreciated.
Appreciate the options. Communication was a bit slow at times but then it got better. We'll use this device again in the future for sure. I'd prefer if it was more online and less phone calls. In this day and age calls are considered a nuisance.

Its proper to show the full charge. Example, Ticket + price tax, +any tips before you charge my credit card. You show me a E ticket and the invoice after. I also do not appreciate you change the amount of tip that I selected. Big negative.
