I'm normally a Delta flyer but on this trip that isn't feasible. I decided to checkout Skylux after seeing them on my IG feed and was surprised at how well it works. An assigned representative personally handles your requests and takes into account your needs just like old school travel agents used to do for us. I was open to airline choice which made it easier and am looking forward to my SAS trip in October LAX to Rome in Business Class. Thanks Drake for helping me out!

Castiel was able to get us business tickets from our small local airport in Vermont to NYC to Asia & back for less than $6k/person with the shortest flight times available. Just a note: the travel insurance only covers ticket changes and NOT health issues. So, if you want that kind of travel insurance you have to purchase it separately. Also, they gave us a free room at the Intercontinental in Jakarta when we landed and, if I had know how amazing the breakfast buffet was, I would have gotten up earlier!
I wasn't expected to get the level of service while saving a lot money in the process. Great communication with Cobain, and I never felt any pressure to make a purchase. He gave me the best service I could ask for.

We used Skylux for our big trip to Asia 2 years ago. We are now using Skylux again for our European trip. I do use other internet/web based fare fnders. Skylux continues to get me the best rates. You do feel like you have a travel agency/travel agent working on your behalf. We recommend you try them out.

Due to the coronavirus, my cruise ship embarking port was changed. The cruise company would only reimburse me up to $500 on two business class tickets. I contacted my travel manager, Stacy, and she quickly exchanged my tickets.
This is the first time I used SkyLux travel to book business class ticket from Boston to Honolulu and back. The first booking had to be canceled because the airline changed its timings for flights with lie-flat seats which is a must for me. I requested the travel agent to find me seats with a different airline offering lie-flat seats and with departures at more earthly hours. The travel agent promptly did that with slightly higher ticket price and arranged to refund my payment for the first booking. What else can one expect? My trip is not until September. But I am sure everything will be fine. I strongly recommend SkyLux travel for all your upper class air travel needs. My travel agent was Burma. He is an excellent gentleman with super-fast communication.

My wife and I scheduled our 20 year anniversary trip to the Mediterranean. We were given a great price on a cruise, one that we couldn't pass up. However, when we tried to book flights all the flights were going to cost us more than our 2 week cruise was. SkyLux was able to find us a great deal and it is in business class as well. For the last 4 years have purchased my business class travel tickets from SkyLux. They have provided me with lots of savings with a corresponding excellent service. They are resourceful and willing to got the extra mil to find the best options a to travel time, quality of airline and cost.
I use Skylux for my long haul travel and am always pleased with the level of service and the savings I receive. I recently booked a trip to Buenos Aires with Pablo and he was very responsive to all requests and questions. I recommend them highly.
My return journey got cancelled without any action from my side. I needed the agency to work with the airline to get that re-instated but basically the agent took me for a ride quoting either not being to contact the airline or chasing a non-existent refund. In the end i had to buy tickets using my own money and Skylux wont even respond to compensate me. NEVER use SKYLUX
