I tried reaching out to Skylux travels for a ticket ( I and my friends have purchased previous business class tickets from them) I tried to reach the previous agent via WhatsApp and email. No response! I talked to someone and she never returned my call back. Very disappointing
Ever heard if it's too good to be true! We have travelled with SkyLux three times, the first two went perfectly but we had to cancel the third as my passport renewal had not arrive. We had to pay $450.00 each to cancel the two tickets. Two days later the passport arrived so we tried to rebook but we told it would be six weeks for credit to process. We purchased two new tickets and all went well. It has now been over a year and we still have no copy of a credit. I did get a quote on another trip from same agent and surprise surprise it was $4200. 00 (price of credit) higher than another SkyLux agent quoted.

Skylux and Alden were was wonderful. This was our first long trip in many years. Alden was very patient and will to go the extra mile with research seat Airlines, locations, connections and various fares. Very Happy!

My ticket was sold to me as refundable and exchangeable. I paid for ticket protection policy as well. My return plans changed, I called them three weeks ago to ask them to cancel my return flight and refund my account only for the return flight. They said my ticket is none refundable and not exchangeable. I have to pay $250 for booking fee and $300 for airline penalty. This was not ever disclosed to me. I have been calling, and emailing them several times to have my refund, but either they put me on hold for 30 minutes or they keep saying the supervisors are in meetings. I am leaving in two weeks and I still didn't receive an answer from them. I wished I read the reviews prior to buying my ticket from them. Regretfully, the airline will not reembrace me since I bought my ticket from Sky Lux. I am a seasonal traveler and never had this kind of experience with any air lines. SkyLux is indeed a DISGRACE in air travel industry.

Flying in the "Covid-19 era" is tougher than one can imagine. Skylux travel helped make a hard process become easier. This is our second time to use them. WE appreciate the way they help and support and go the extra mile to make it easier for the customer.

Our agent, Noah, kept in contact with us the whole time he arranged the most economical and effective flights to and from Japan. When we had to cancel, due to the coronavirus, he followed up repeatedly with the airline until we got a full refund.
Normally I book my flights using Momondo, Kayak, Expedia or another web search engine. But every time I found a good deal, Noah(Skylux) always found a cheaper one.
Also, we're very picky, like max one flight change and max 4 hours wait and no departure before noon.
He managed to help us with all our crazy demands. Always super fast to reply and polite.
I'll recommend Skylux to all my friends.

This was my first booking of an overseas trip. We are headed to Dublin, Ireland. Melinda at SkyLux made the arrangements so simple. She was very polite, patient and efficient. Melina's responsiveness was very fast. No waiting around for long folow uo calls.Her follow up on every detail from start to finish was supreme and made me feel very comfortable.

This company was suggested by a friend...she travels to India frequently from Florida. The service by the agent was terrific. He was very patient with me and the reservation I needed to make for a cruise in Egypt. It was much less money going thru Skylux as my travel agent was in the UK. Austen was my agent. Last winter we reserved business class flights to London for June 2020 through Weston Wolf. Unfortunately, due to Covid-19 we were forced to cancel. He has helped us arrange for a refund from Air New Zealand and has in fact done a very good job. We will be back to work with SkyLux again.
Yamina, who has INCREDIBLE patience and unwavering determination kept up with my crazy schedule to deliver to me the best rates and times for my international flight(s)... this one particular has four legs (!) and took quite a bit of algebra to plan through.
