I have booked my travel Itinerary with SkyLux and due to some family medical complications I have to change my return travel dates. It was such painful and unprofessional experience. Experts are always busy to answer our queries and respond to emails. I strictly say NO to SkyLux. I was not allowed to submit review without selecting rating
I tried to buy two or three different fares (put in my card information and everything) and then they told me the fares were gone and they started giving me new ones with the wrong dates, etc.
Then they stopped responding all the way around and wouldn't try to requote for me. Wasted days of my time for no flights!

I worked with 2 agents Deedee and Corvo. Both were extremely helpful and professional. I did not tip at the end when I was paying...only because I did not think I should. Hopefully SkyLux is compensating them for their work. I have yet to travel.let's see how everything goes.this is my first experience with SkyLux

I have used SkyLux travel and worked with Blake on many occasions. Consistently I am provided service that is responsive. I love that multiple options are offered and I can select the one that is perfect. I appreciate the work that he does to make my travel easy.
We have used SkyLux twice now and have been very satisfied with both the responsive service and tickets that they were able to procure for us. Notably, when we had to cancel a recent flight due to coronavirus and re-book elsewhere, Skylux refunded every penny and worked with us to transfer our Ticket Protection to a totally new flight. They were helpful, available, trustworthy and conscientious. Our agent, Oscar, has been great.
This is a sham and scam they interchange between deluxe and skylux.
They purchase tickets via people's rewards miles. So those tickets can't easily be refunded or changed if airline cancels or reschedules.

I booked my itinerary on July 31, and my first flight was American Airlines to Doha on Sep 17th. Until yesterday, the skylux rep could not give me a confirmation number or seat assignment for this flight. I finally gave up and reached out to AA and spent a good hour on the phone and got a record locater from them. I was then able to not only get the seat assignment but also book a meal of my choice.
A week ago, the rep had finally got me seat assignments for the 3 Qatar Airways flight, but today when I went in to check, the seat assignments have all disappeared. It's asking me to pay for the assignments. And the rep had emailed me that this service was complimentary! I am a frequent traveller and was under the misguided impression that Skylux was one of the better business class services...

Although I travel about 150-200 days a year for work, I had never used an online travel agency before, preferring to book directly with the airline. But for a getaway to Bali the business class flights I was seeing on US carriers were all north of $12k. On a whim, I searched "cheap business class" and found Skylux. The service from the agent was fantastic, and he found a Qatar Airways Q-suite flight for my wife and me for less than the economy prices I was finding! I highly recommend Skylux and will definitely use them again!

I needed to get reservations on a flight that allowed more than 2checked bags. I used another service, only having to go back and cancel reservations because the information they gave me was incorrect. Skylux verified information before they booked the flight and didn't rely on an outdated website. They actually made a phone call to the right people! Excellent service!

We were left stranded in Australia after Cathay Pacific canceled all flights to the US for January '22. Skylux was no help in getting us home and no help in getting us a full refund for the return. We're $5k out of pocket. Last 5 emails have gone unanswered. Don't use them. Better results if you book your own.
