Made a request, received a quote, submitted payment which hit my Amex as pending. Then got a call the price had gone up.
Though I received a lot of assistance from Chuck, I discovered after I bought my tickets that I actually had to pay more for a seat on British Airways. I have contacted them repeatedly about this since I discovered it (they did not disclose this information at time of purchase). They have been unresponsive to my needs since they got my money - and it was a lot. Now I have to fork over some $500 more if I want to sit down for my Business Class flight. Funny, how they suddenly disappear after saying if you need anything, they are here for you. I am left feeling upset and disappointed.

Planning a trip to Japan, I was baffled by the lack of information on the airlines I was considering about the seats in business class. It was of critical importance to me to book seats that would lie flat but that information was nowhere to be found on the airline's website! It was such a relief to find Skylux where I was able to get all the information I needed including which airport was the most convenient, which airline had the best reputation for business class travel and how best to plan my US flights to connect with my Japanese flights. I will definitely use SkyLux for all my international flights in the future.

Customer service and resolution is horrible. Have had to call many times for mistakes, took ages to get answers from agents. Had a flight credit and it was applied to much lower fare. In addition, was given coach for one leg of the flight. Agent ignored our last request for a proper resolution. Will never use this company again.
