I have been working with Ms. Michelle Hamilton of SkyLux for several years. My bookings are for business trips. Every single time, without fail, she responds quickly, provides several options and then follows through with the bookings quickly. I wouldn't think of working with anyone else.
This was the worst travel experience I have ever received. The rates went up in under a minute when I was booking and was blamed for being to slow but it was less than a minute. I purchased the insurance and even though I got covid and submitted a doctors note I still was denied a refund. The process was so poor and the protection was zero. I will never use again and I will urge anyone I know to never use.
I have used Skylux a few times. Each time the service has been excellent and even calls of follow up during a trip to see if all is well. I enjoy working with Jennifer and the others from Skylux

I received average service but was a bit taken back when The agent sent me a link to fill out all my information then I was given the opportunity to 'tip' the travel agent, I thought it was their job to locate flights etc, asking for a tip as appalling.

We have been working with Axel Moretti for two years now... our daughter was set to be married in the UK in 2020 and those plans had been postponed due to COVID. Axel obtained an airline credit for us. When the wedding we rescheduled, Axel secured new flights for us... then we had to reschedule again because of COVID quarantine requirements on our arrival in the UK. It would have been a nightmare if it wasn't for the professional help we have received from Axel. We're all set to go now.

We were trying to find cheaper business class options for the flight to Shanghai. I contacted Skylux travel, the agent sent me a couple different options which were $50-150 cheaper than what is provided on the airline website. I politely declined the offer, because it was cheaper for us to book through the credit card concierge (plus the higher trip protection etc) I asked them to remove me from their mailing list 4 times. Not only they still send me the follow-up emails every day, but now I get tons of emails AND PHONE CALLS from other random travel agencies (who I've never signed up for or give any of my information) about this trip every day! I honestly don't even know what to do now, sometimes I receive multiple phone calls from random numbers and then a follow-up emails from them, it is getting very annoying

Working with SkyLux Agents is a pleasant experience. They take the time to understand your needs, including the reasons for using airport X vs. airport Y for the point of origin. They don't beg, belittle or denigrate your final decisions with a parting shot, "you'll be sorry you didn't take this deal." For the flights I booked with them to the destination, I explained that I needed to be given the opportunity to sleep in an airport hotel in a connecting city so that I could board the next leg of the flights in a relaxed state of mind. I explained that I needed time to get through a connecting airport with lots of layover time, especially if I was coming from overseas and I needed to claim my luggage at baggage claim to go through check-in, immigration, customs, security, etc., before going to my departure gate w/o rushing. The agents understood all those requirements and found the desireable flights. Well done, SkyLux!

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it was necessary to cancel our May 2020 international flights to Rome from the USA. Reggie Moore, our SkyLux travel
Advisor, worked quickly to find flights for our updated itinerary for September 2020.
He asked for our patience in order to find the best prices which would meet our new travel plans. Within two (2) weeks, Reggie found flights which met our travel requirements.
He sent our new flight numbers and itinerary and followed up with a telephone call to ensure we were pleased
With the flights. Our only disappointment was we were originally returning on a double decker airplane and were able to choose seats on the upper level. Our new flight does not have that option but we understand.
