Holding refund
July 14, 2021

Manu held back $500.00 from my ticket refund he would not give a plausible explanation & when I asked him to email me the validity of the amount he would not I checked with the airline directly & they told me that SkyLux has been refunded in full I suggest people to read reviews on other sites before buying tickets from SkyLux the whole business seems very sketchy I would not trust them with my money

Excellent service

Greece Trip

Awful Service -- Ruined Our Vacation
October 3, 2022

I booked a flight to Milan through SKYLUX Travel. My wife and I were planning to spend a week in Italy. About a week before our scheduled departure, the airline called to inform me that the flight was cancelled, but there were seats available on the next day. The airline said that I had to re-book the flights through SKYLUX, since the original booking was through them. I immediately called SKYLUX and asked them to re-book us for the next day. Despite multiple calls and emails every day following that initial call, SKYLUX did nothing until two days before the originally scheduled departure. By that time, there were no more seats available on the next day, and we had to cancel our vacation. This was going to be the vacation of a lifetime, and it was ruined by the gross negligence and bad faith of SKYLUX. I had purchased the "Travel Care Protection Plan", but it made no difference. They just did not care about me or my vacation. Do not use them!

Andrew pierse my agent is the best agent ever first time customer i was so happy with his service i got 3 business class seats to isreal from miami on turkish airlines andrew made my expience so wonderful when i book business class again i will use sky lux travel with andrew a wonderful agent the best

Couldn't be Happier

This is the first time I've used Skylux and I couldn't be happier. My agent contacted me frequently and caught that my husband's passport would expire less than 6 months before travel and said the airline wouldn't us fly. I never would have caught that myself, so that gave us enough time to get an expedited passport.

Skylux is a lux service platform for purchase classes flight tickets.

Our agents are patiently help us for the tickets, unfortunely due to Covid-19 pandemic, we have to cancel our flight and request refund.
Seymour & Toper are professionally and responsibly helped us until the procedure was completed and gave us afterward service.

For this reason, we're sure that we'll recommend Skylux to our friends and we'll look for their service for our future flight tickets purchase.

Bait and switch agency
October 6, 2023

I got bait and switched. I had reached out for help and the agent Cody provided me options. When I went to book one of the options the page threw a error. So I went ahead and booked on Expedia. The agent calls me back and said he can give me the same ticket guaranteed if I canceled and booked with him. As I had 24hrs to cancel with Expedia I went ahead and canceled to only find from the agent Cody (after couple days) -oh sorry the airline increased the price and that ticket is not avail. Total bait and switch practice- terrible experience.

I had to change and then ultimately cancel my flights to Hong Kong and Taiwan because of the Coronavirus problem. Michael worked with me closely throughout this process and resolved all of the issues with my flights. Skylux is definitely my go to company because of their excellent service and great prices.

The telephone international flight reservation process was by far the best at SKYLUX. The agent Rob G, was outstanding. His knowledge coupled with pleasant helpfulness gave the wife and I confidence that our flighs will be hassle free. Rob G, was patient and did not rush us through the education process.

We purchased two r/t tickets using SkyLux Travel. The airline changed the date and times -- several times -- then the airline cancelled our tickets through no fault of our own. No explanation was provided as to why our tickets were cancelled.

SkyLux advised us to contact the airline. We did and the airline indicated that they had ALREADY released our refund back to SkyLux. SkyLux indicates then indicates that they will send our full refund. We still do not have it. We have filed a civil summons against SkyLux Travel for our full refund and all court/attorney costs.

NEVER - EVER think about using SkyLux Travel.

Travel to Armenia
February 29, 2024

I was looking for a business ticket to travel to Yerevan, Armenia.
After I purchased the ticket, I learned that the ticket was an upgraded economy ticket with a lot of restrictions. When my flight to Frankfurt (first leg of the trip) was canceled, Lufthansa treated me as a passenger with economy ticket. I ran into issues with weight of my luggage, access to Lufthansa lounge etc. along the way.
I should have been told that the ticket was an upgraded economy and been aware of restrictions.
I also bought travel insurance.
I am waiting to receive the price difference between economy and business for the first leg of the trip.
Overall a very difficult trip.

I booked travel in 2019 and paid for ticket protection. Because of Covid, the Italian Gov would not allow incoming visitors. Delta allowed cancellations and rebooking without fees but required fare diff. I recently rebooked, The Skylux Rep Reggie Moore advised me to accept the new charges and decline the New travel protection and that he would:"Take Care of " the travel protection after booking. Booking was completed on 11/25/2020, I have made multiple efforts to reach out and now Mr. Moore will not return my emails or phone calls.
