I was looking for a business ticket to travel to Yerevan, Armenia.
After I purchased the ticket, I learned that the ticket was an upgraded economy ticket with a lot of restrictions. When my flight to Frankfurt (first leg of the trip) was canceled, Lufthansa treated me as a passenger with economy ticket. I ran into issues with weight of my luggage, access to Lufthansa lounge etc. along the way.
I should have been told that the ticket was an upgraded economy and been aware of restrictions.
I also bought travel insurance.
I am waiting to receive the price difference between economy and business for the first leg of the trip.
Overall a very difficult trip.

I booked travel in 2019 and paid for ticket protection. Because of Covid, the Italian Gov would not allow incoming visitors. Delta allowed cancellations and rebooking without fees but required fare diff. I recently rebooked, The Skylux Rep Reggie Moore advised me to accept the new charges and decline the New travel protection and that he would:"Take Care of " the travel protection after booking. Booking was completed on 11/25/2020, I have made multiple efforts to reach out and now Mr. Moore will not return my emails or phone calls.

Bought tickets to Copenhagen,shortest flight.Read good reassuring reviews since flying all airlines but them,they cancelled my in bound and took my premium economy reservation.Mr Maynard Kerr from Skylux saved partly the situation though it left us with a 6h 30' layover in Toronto.I am very thankful for all the help Mr Kerr gave us and couldn't believe Air Canada did nothing.

I loved and enjoyed working with Zackary CHeskster, he was amazing and prompt. The reservation he helped with was for 4 tickets, we are traveling with other couples to Beirut and IStanbul. Purchased 2 Virgin Australia international Airline ticket Business class from Skylux Travel and two childrens tickets for same flight but direct from Virgin and 4 tickets direct from Delta for the beginning leg of the Australia trip. Delta flight collasped resulting in Itinerary change and therefore refunded our cost. Virgin children's tickets also refunded in full from Virgin. Skylux not refunding tickets claiming fees apply from Virgin but Virgin says not that's not true. Skylux travel is dishonest and manipulative. Beware of their practices.

I booked travel from the US to Denmark with max. One stop to get there. I got an itinerary with Canadian airlines at 3500$. The day after I checked what a travel with KLM would cost on the KLM web-site. A one stop travel on the same dates as what I had booked was offered at 2800$ by KLM. Needless to say I am not impressed with SkyLux.

I have now used SkyLux Travel for several trips; India; South Africa and now Amsterdam. They have consistently obtained the lowest price fares for me compared to their competitors and in addition I can pay for part of my fare with American Express Miles. I would Highly recommend them.

Thanks to Camilla, our Skylux experience was like having an expert travel agent friend make our arrangements! My wife and I have been traveling from Florida to Thailand for more than 25 years. This is a difficult route, with 26-32 hours in transit. In the past, I booked all our fares using Expedia, Booking, Kayak, SkyScanner, etc. This year, we decided to treat ourselves to business class, so I began my search and also wanted to give Skylux a try.
Within minutes of submitting our online form, Camilla called us. Over the afternoon, she patiently and expertly helped us explore our travel options. She's an excellent planner, and the experience reminded me of the "old days" (1980s-1990s) when there really were professional travel agents!
By the end of the day, she found a perfect itinerary on a preferred carrier, at a price $500 below anything I could find. Furthermore, even the best routes I found online had problems (e.g. Long layovers, and domestic legs of the trip that didn't offer business class, despite higher prices).
Camilla's conscientious service didn't stop with the sale. She secured excellent seat selections and called the next day to review our tickets, and to assure us that she was available for any changes or help we need in the future.
Everything about our experience exceeded expectations. For anyone planning a complex international trip, I highly recommend giving Skylux and its attentive agents a try.

Do not book with them, they have been nothing but trouble, can't get a refund or exchange for clients tickets. Clyde is extremely rude because I keep on him to show me proof they were refunded or reissued now he refuses to answer me. Really 42 years in the business and I have never dealt with a company with such bad practices, stay away from them and just to note it does not take months to get a ticket refunded or exchanged. I agree with several reviews here WORST COMPANY EVER! I will be posting on other sites and reporting to the BBB

I had filled out the online form without much hope that I would get any better prices than I had found looking online and at other discount sites. Olaf called me and I let him know that email or text would be better communication for me as I was at work. He was respectful and immediately sent me the information over email. There was some back and forth around different airlines and at the end he was able to get me a fantastic price on Virgin Atlantic ($1k total less than the lowest advertised price I could find for two tickets) and secure the exact seats I wanted. He was really really great to deal with, I would absolutely use the service again and have recommended SKYLUX to my family and friends already.

When we decided to go to South Africa, Ronnie was a great help in getting a great set of prices for all our flights. So when we decided to check off the Final Continent in my Bucket List, Ronnie was again our agent. He worked with me to get good prices as well as finding the shortest lay-overs on the long hauls by using United and American airlines. While a Million MIler on Delta, with less than 100,000 miles to Two Million Miles, I gave up Delta miles for cost considerations. But Ronnie found a Delta partner four our Intra-Latin America flights.
